I never meet Charlotte but the place was amazing. The room was so comfortable and the guy who picked me up from the taxi to show me where the place was is so nice. He speak little English but helped us a lot to move around the city.

We were only there for one night, but we enjoyed our stay. The roof is lovely, and the breakfast was delightful. We especially appreciated the quick responses to our last-minute trip planning :-)

The riad was everything we could ask for, for the price. Yousef and Aicha were great in making sure we were properly taken care of. We also had an early flight the day we left and they both woke up extremely early to make us breakfast. We'd definitely stay again!

I scoured through lots of Airbnb reviews before selecting Riad Marrakech, and I wasn't disappointed. I had the "red room" upstairs -- it was spacious, had a comfy bed, and a great air conditioner. I also liked that with the wooden shutters, you can "black out" your room so morning light won't wake you up. The location is perfect. You're a 5 minute walk from the main square of the Medina. The best part of the stay is Youssef, who runs the place. He was able to help me with everything (most important helping me get to/from where the cabs can drop you off). Do have his phone number handy as it's tricky to find the place your first time around (easy once you know where it is). I had my taxi driver call him, and he came to meet us, no problem. If you're hesitating about booking this place, don't. Book it now!

We did not meet Charlotte, but the staff was very nice. They welcomed us with some mint tea and helped us arrange a quad tour. We stayed in the yellow room, which was cozy, had a big bathroom and the AC worked really well. It's a nice place to stay for a few days when in Marrakesh.

Our stay at Riad al Fara was great. Charlotte was not present but the manager of the riad even walked over to the square to meet with my group, to make sure we could navigate the maze of streets to find the riad. They also managed to arrange car rides to the airport for a reasonable price, and change the schedule slightly at the last minute, despite it being in a heavily odd hour (Saturday morning at 4am). The riad included a terrace and breakfast was also included. Overall, great experience. Close walk to the square.
