We absolutely loved this Riad. My boyfriend and I stayed here for four nights and five days. The riad is perfectly located, we were close enough to the center and yet somehow removed. It was very quiet, which was a nice break from the crazy market place. The air conditioning in the room was perfect since it was summer! The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The breakfast was also very nice. Waking up in the morning and being able to relax with the most amazing orange juice was a great way to start the day! I would definitely come back and recommend to others traveling in Marrakech.
I love this riad! I was travelling with my father and stayed in the twin room. The whole riad was beautiful and I could spend a day hanging around reading in the courtyard, the sheltered couches or on the sunbeds on the roof.
The description says five minutes to Jamaa Al Fnaa square but it feels even less. It is right in the middle of the medina (old city) so you are close to everything. We took an excursion to the Atlas Mountains and the car picked us up really close as well.
Our hosts arranged the taxi to and from the airport for us and we settled for it at the end of our stay, it makes it super easy to simply arrive at the airport and get to the riad.
For breakfast we asked them to give us some hot water so we could use our aeropress for coffee and they supplied it everyday without reminder.
Unfortunately our AC had a leak but they fixed it immediately.
Overall this is a beautiful riad run by welcoming and helpful hosts. I plan to come back with my wife to stay in the room with the four poster bed!
Riad el Faras is the perfect place to stay in Marrakech! Right in the center of the Medina, clean and very friendly staff. The breakfast and the roof top terrace make the place a unique experience. Thanks a lot! We'll be back soon!
loved our stay here, staff was very friendly they spoke English very close to the square, would definitely stay here again!
Riad Marrakech was a great experience. It is such a beautiful space and for the price, it exceeded all our expectations. Yousef and the other staff were super nice. Yousef was always there to help us if we needed something, even showing up right on time when we needed help at the door. The space felt authentic and was a great space to rest after coming home from the busy souks and square.
The Riad was very nice, quiet and clean. After the messy moments in the streets of Marrakech it was a benefaction to turn back into the Riad - it felt like being in a oasis of peace.
The room was a little bit dark and cool but this has to do with the construction of the building and the fact that it was January.
The room was nice, the water warm and the bed was very comfortable!
Youssef the housekeeper and the women whose name I don't know where very friendly and helpful!
The breakfast was basic but one of the best I had in Morocco (in other Riads) and I loved to eat it in the sunshine on the terace on the top of the roof!
I really recommend this lovely place! Enjoy it in case you are going to visit it! :)
