The Especen hotel was a great place to stay in Hanoi. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The air conditioning in our room was a savior because it was so hot and humid. The hotel is conveniently located near tourist shops, restaurants, massage parlors, and restaurants. Highly recommended!
They provided good service. They picked us up at the airport and was always very helpful with directions. We could also storage our luggage at the hotel when we went on more than one days-tours. The room was so great and excatly as shown on the picture.
We had a really Nice stay at Especen!
Very good location in the middle of old Quarter, walking distance of many Nice shops And restaurants, but quiet and clean and big room!
We had good service, very friendly staff, which took good care of us.
We highly recommend this place and would love to stay there again!
Thanh was really helpful and friendly! he helped us with the reservation of the tour to Halong Bay and his advice was good. He gave us the possibility to let the luggage there during 2 days while we were in Sapa and he let us take a shower. highly recommend!
Huge room! Looks just like the picture. Very clean. The hosts are very nice. It's a central location in the backpacker area of Hanoi. Well worth the price!
Very good experience staying at the Especen hotel. The room was nice big and clean. It is in a great location, central to the museums, the old and French quarters, and the lake. We grabbed a good breakfast there in the morning and they allowed us to leave our bags there while we checked out and explored. They let us shower when we got back and arranged a cab for us to go to the airport. Highly recommend!
