The hotel staff were nice and really accommodating. The rooms were clean and tidy every time we come back! Great service. :)
We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel room. The stuff of the hotel was very very friendly and helpful. They quikly organized us the tours to sapa and the halong bay incl. the train and also a very cheep taxi to the airport. We just stayed for one night, but we could let our big luggages in the hotel and could use a seperate bathroom for showering in beetween all our trips and it was all for free.
The room was very clean and as like you can see on the pictures. The place is very quiet and you can reach several places of interest in a short walk.
We really recommend this hotel for your stay. We defenitely would choose the same next time.

The room was clean and tidy and with air con, which is a must on this season. We were happy to get our room early as we arrived in town at 6am+jetlag. The staff was nice.
Very fast communication with Thanh, the owner. Fabulous location next to Joseph's cathedral, a central spot where all the tours in Hanoi begin. The room was spacious, clean, even with balcony facing the Old Quarters (website hidden) great and wi-fi fast enough to video call. Private bathroom with shower inside the room. Good value for quality. V
The front desk staff were super nice and very helpful.
They were also very accommodating as I asked to leave my luggage for a couple of days tour in Sapa. Recommended!
