I stayed in Léo's apartment for a few nights and it was a great experience. We were running a little bit late and Léo's brother Roman who was meeting us was very kind and came to the metro to help us get to the apartment. The place is just as described in the listing and it was j…

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at Léo's place. It's accurately described in the listing and is just as pictured. He was a gracious host and very accommodating--quick to respond and took the time to meet me upon arrival which is becoming rare with Airbnb. The building has a l…

Léo was an excellent host. He was kind and he explained to us all the necessary things about the appartment and he gave us advice about where to eat and have a drink. Even though it is small, the appartment has all the necessary facilities to survive, perfect for a short stay.

Everything was very good. We had a nice stay there. The room contains everything you need to have it comfortable after a great walk through Paris. Leo is a simpathetic host, who helps you a lot if you have any questions. Would rent this apartment again! :)

Roman (Leo's brother) was very friendly and made us feel welcome. Although we didn't meet Leo, he was always available via text and made sure we settled in well. The listing was exactly as described, very small but comfortable for two people. The neighbourhood was lovely, a few m…

We stayed with Leo for 2 nights. Unfortunately, we had to organise a late check in. When we arrived, the sheets on the bed were dirty, smelly and had not been changed. This was the result of miscommunication between the owner and his brother. However, it was very discomforting. …

Response from Léo:
As for the sheets I am, again and sincerely, very sorry, as it was indeed a mistake on my behalf who told my brother to replace the sheets with other ones that weren't the clean ones. It is something that hasn't happened before and we will now make sure that it won't happen again. I'm sorry that it even occured. As for the smell of cigarettes, it is mentionned in the appartments characteristics that smoking is allowed in it, so even if we open the window widely and fan for as long as possible before the arrival of a guest, if it happens that a prior guest did smoke in it, there is only so much we can do against the smell in the hours following that last cigarette. That being said, the room has a wide window, it is on the 8th floor and it opens above most of the roofs of Paris, so it ventilates quite quickly. About the left over food, there is indeed butter, marmelade, pasta, rice and things like that, all of them left over by prior guests that we leave for anyone to use. Nothing quickly perishable or rotting is left in the room. Concerning the size, yes, it is a small apartment, a room with equipment, as it is mentioned in the announcment, its is a "studette", a "chambre de bonne", rooms small by definition.
