Accueil sympathique de Matt . L'appartement est conforme à la description et est très bien placé pour une découverte de Londres dans les meilleures conditions.
This apartment is everything that we thought it would be- nicely appointed and in a good location. Matthew is such a friendly and helpful guy and did a great job of getting us acquainted with the place. Paula even printed out tickets we purchased online and then Matthew brought them over within an hour of us making an inquiry about where we might go to print something out. The bedrooms are cozy and the beds are comfortable, with plenty of pillows. The bathroom looks recently updated and is quite nice. The kitchen is small, but perfectly functional. We really appreciated having the washer/dryer available too. The Marylebone neighborhood is very nice - great restaurants, shops (including groceries) and tub station all right there. The restaurant directly across the street is quite popular and there was a line out the door every night, so if you go to bed early, you might want to bring earplugs. Also one night, there was very loud music playing what seemed to be next door. My husband contacted Matthew and Paula and within a few minutes, the music was turned off - I note this as a positive, as this sort of thing happens, but we were impressed and appreciative that they were able to take care of it so quickly! We wholeheartedly recommend this property and would definitely book again.
Had the most wonderful stay!! The apartment is fantastic and has everything you'd need - home away from home
Will definitely recommend it to my friends
Lovely stay at a great apartment. Efficient and friendly hosts, made every effort to make things as easy as possible. Located in a great part of London, central and safe, loads to do in the vicinity. We were a family with 3 kids and they loved it too. Would highly recommend it. Good value for money too. Thank you and see you again soon.
Paula's apartment is very clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location--great value particularly for central London. Matthew, the manager, was extremely friendly and accessible, and met me onsite when requested despite the fact that I arrived earlier than expected. I really appreciated the warm welcome.
Both of the bedrooms are nicely sized (one even has a tv) and comfortable, though the larger room is quite noisy from the street early in the morning. We had a lovely stay and would do so again.
The property is perfectly located in the adorable village of Marylebone. We felt welcomed as Matthew met us promptly and got us settled. The layout of the flat was a little tight with all of the stairs, but it was a good home base for our stay. Be warned that the flat does get loud at night with the neighboring restaurants and pubs. Everything was clean and relatively fresh. The set-up is a little tricky for families as there is no dining area and you must make do with the coffee table.
We loved our stay in this flat! Paula kindly allowed us to check in early, a great relief as we had tired children from an overnight flight, and Matthew made us cordially welcome, with clear explanations of what we needed to know and a promise of his continued availability. The two bedrooms worked for us (a couple in one, 2 kids and granny in the other) and as they are a floor above the other rooms, we could take naps and keep different sleep schedules. The location was perfect, on a quiet side street in the lovely Marylebone neighborhood, a half-hour walk to museums, theater, and many of our other destinations. The functional little kitchen allowed us to start our days with easy breakfasts and enjoy peaceful suppers after long days out and about. Nothing fancy, but beds very comfy, water hot, wi-fi and TV fine, space enough for our things, a good table for the kids to draw and play games, all kinds of shops very handy: a perfect home-base for our family to make the most of a week in London!
