The location was great! Spacious room with windows that look out to the hallway with natural light. Easy walk from all the best destinations, about 20 minutes give or take. She had complementary tea and biscuits which was a lovely touch and her terrace was beautiful. The only small issue was with some dead cockroaches popping up in unexpected places, however I find that unsurprising in an old building. Would book again!

Response from Lola:
Hello frances Thank you for your kind comment. I just feel the cockroach incident. In Seville, during these times of heat, the town hall of the city accustomed to fumigate the pipes of the streets. It is inevitably that these insects will strain through any cracks escaping from the insecticide. We always clean the room thoroughly before the arrival of the guest, but if the insect enters after reviewing everything, we can not detect it. I feel the inconvenience because it does not usually happen. Regards Lola

Lola's place is lovely! It's in a quieter area but easily within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and bars. Slightly farther from some of the major touristy areas but makes for a lovely walk if you like to explore. Lola is very kind and made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. She speaks English but also gave me the opportunity to practice Spanish. Her dog is an absolute gem as well! I enjoyed the terrace for breakfast. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable; the bathroom was also clean with a nice shower and double sinks. I felt free to come and go as I pleased with my own set of keys. Highly recommend!

Lola is charming, welcoming and her place is wonderful, with a terrace that catches the morning sun. It's right in the heart of the historic district, I walked to the cathedral, Real Alcazar and spent pleasant evenings in Alameda de Hercules.
