This is a beautiful quirky holiday cottage in the lovely Peak District. We sleep up to nine guests in our lovely house, on a self catering basis. Weekend breaks are charged on a minimum 3 night basis - Fri, Sat & Sun. Midweek breaks are 2-4 nights.

The space
This beautiful and quirky home was formally the Wriggly Tin Cafe and has been lovingly rebuilt to a very high standard and we provide Peak District holiday accommodation in spacious and comfortable surroundings. Much of the original appearance has been retained and with wonderful features of vaulted ceilings, hardwood and sandstone floors, under floor heating throughout, quality furnishings and a glowing log burning stove all make this a very special place. Guests have their own garden, lounge and access to a kitchen, we provide Sky plus and Free Wifi, however please note we are in the countryside and our Broadband is not fantastic, I cannot recommend our property if you wish to use it for business purposes, we only offer holiday usage. The Wriggly Tin is on the door step of The Monsal Trail, and the River Wye, with beautiful views and access to the open countryside.

We have a double bedded room, with shower room attached and a small seating area.

One room with 3 single beds which can be used for a family or 3 singles, with shower room next to it. The 3rd room area, sleeps 2 in a loft style bedroom, and has its own onsuite bathroom, with bath and seperate walk in shower.

The rooms do not have their own television, but guests do have their own lounge with television including Sky facilities.

Guests have access to their own kitchen so accommodation is on a Self Catering basis only.

Originally from Cheshire I moved to the Peak District with my Husband, we ran a cafe at The Wriggly Tin for some 10 years, whilst renovating our home and raising 2 children. After closing the cafe we decided to rebuild The Wriggly Tin as holiday accommodation, we now run the Wriggly Tin as a Holiday Let for 9 people but also have Bed & Breakfast facilities for the periods when it isn't full. My family all love it here, Millers Dale is a very special place to live and we like to welcome guests to come and enjoy it as much as we do.
