Enjoy this spacious room with a comfortable bed, a big table with four chairs, lots of books and records, a private bathroom and... a wonderful roof terrace.

The space

A nice and quiet, spacious attic floor with private bathroom, roof terrace and breakfast next to the bustling Strijp-S, the new cultural heart of the city and home to STRP, Dutch Design Week, trendy restaurants and visited by international music-acts!

The attic floor consists of the entrance with (steep!) stairs to the roof terrace, a spacious, bright room and a separate private bathroom.

The roof terrace offers a place to lounge and relax with a view on Eindhoven. We serve a cool beer, a glass of wine or iced tea if you like. There's also a little fireplace to add an extra spark of romance.

The spacious and bright room has a bed for 2 and a bed for 1 but we have extra mattresses and bed linen if necessary. There's a large table with chairs for 4 persons where we can serve food, a really good latte machiato or maybe you want to work there. We offer free WIFI and cable TV and there are lots of books, films, records and boardgames for you to enjoy.
There is also a fridge.

The bathroom is nice and clean with your own towels, hot shower, toilet, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

We can provide taxi-service, bikes, maps and hundreds of things to do or don't in and around Eindhoven. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to ask.

Bed & Breakfast Benjamin is only a 5 minutes walk from the Eindhoven Beukenlaan train station and Strijp-S.

We’ll get you a bike and within 5 minutes you're in the "Kruisstraat" with multicultural shops, grocery stores and restaurants (Turkish, Indian, Italian, Greek, Asian, Moroccan). Also an Albert Heijn and an organic supermarket can be found there.

It will take you 5 minutes more to get to the city with it’s famous Stratumseind with 60 bars in 1 street, van Abbe museum of modern art, the Effenaar and Bermuda club, Design Academy and Technical University, Philips and DAF museum. Or maybe you rather take a nice and easy 5 minute walk to the park with it’s juicy green meadows...

For international travellers: from Eindhoven Airport the bus will get you to us in 25 minutes.

Hope to see you soon!

Wowee! Such a great great stay. I would love to move in. The roof terrace, breakfasts, records, sounds of the piano from downstairs, and conversations with Maud and Nick were the best. We laughed a lot. I would definitely come back to this warm space.

Maud&Nick are the BEST! They were friendly, helpful and communicated with us regularly from start to finish. The rooms we used were perfect for our trio and we even ventured rooftop to see the view. Each morning we were greeted with a breakfast tray of home baked bread (YUM!), fresh fruit, cheeses, jams, honey, and eggs plus coffee & tea. They allowed us to do a small load of laundry, offered use of bikes, and when we discovered there was no Uber gave us a quick ride downtown to an evening event. All said, they both went out of their way to make us feel at home.

Maud & Nick are very hospitable hosts. Even though my group arrived late in the evening, Maud and Nick graciously awaited our arrival and made sure we comfortable. The home is very beautiful with great roof access and a great view. Maud also drove us to the airport in the morning! Such great hosts.

Maud and Nick and their 2 boys were superb people who made sure that I was warmedly welcomed into their home. The room was clean, spacious and is provided with amenities such as tea and coffee. The bed was quite comfortable and the sheets are clean. A refrigerator and a separate bathroom are provided for me to use, which made my stay even more convenient. No matter how busy there were during the day, they always found time to connect with you to find out your needs. The breakfast Maud prepared during my stay was very hearty.

Staying at Maud and Nick was probably the best experience I've had with Airbnb. The floor that we stayed on had an independent living room, bathroom, and a rooftop garden (which was my favorite). The bed was more comfortable than my bed at home. Maud was very friendly and welcomed us with flexible arrival time, and offered us to lend us their bikes. When we left, Nick gave us a ride to the airport, and saved us an hour on the bus. We talked about design, his band, and Eindhoven, etc. I'm sure anyone would enjoy staying at their house as much as we do!

Warm hosts, convenient location, and delicious breakfast - everything we could want in our stay! The hosts have opened up the 3rd floor of their home for guests -- you've got your own spacious room, newly renovated bathroom, a small landing, and access to a cozy rooftop deck. They provided a delicious breakfast with homemade bread. We were able to borrow extra bikes from them which was very convenient. The house is located in a very central location -- quick to bike anyway you'd want. It is also a 5 minute walk to a new warehouse-district with fun restaurants and shops. The hosts are very warm and welcoming, and happy to help with suggestions or information. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a perfect location for Dutch Design Week. We were blocks from one of the main activity areas. They also had bikes for us to use to get to the other areas, and the city is amazing for biking. It is also a lovely house. You have lots of privacy, with a whole floor to yourself, including a separate bathroom. And the roof top deck is very nice. Nick and Maud were very warm and welcoming, and their two sons were very helpful. The breakfast was great. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who's staying in Eindhoven.
