A nice and quiet, spacious attic floor with private bathroom, roof terrace and breakfast next to the bustling Strijp-S, the new cultural heart of the city and home to STRP, Dutch Design Week, trendy restaurants and visited by international music-acts!
The attic floor consists of the entrance with stairs to the roof terrace, a spacious, bright room and a separate bathroom.
The roof terrace offers a place to lounge and relax with a view on Eindhoven. We serve a cool beer, a glass of wine or iced tea if you like. There's also a little fireplace to add an extra spark of romance.
The spacious and bright room has a bed for 2 and a bed for 1 but we have extra mattresses and bed linen if necessary. There's a large table with chairs for 4 persons where we can serve food, a really good latte machiato or maybe you want to work there. We offer free WIFI and cable TV and there are lots of books, films, records and boardgames for you to enjoy.
The bathroom is nice and clean with your own towels, hot shower, toilet, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
We can provide taxi-service, bikes, maps and hundreds of things to do or don't in and around Eindhoven. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to ask.
Bed & Breakfast Benjamin is only a 5 minutes walk from the Eindhoven Beukenlaan train station and Strijp-S.
We’ll get you a bike and within 5 minutes you're in the "Kruisstraat" with multicultural shops, grocery stores and restaurants (Turkish, Indian, Italian, Greek, Asian, Moroccan). Also an Albert Heijn and an organic supermarket can be found there.
It will take you 5 minutes more to get to the city with it’s famous Stratumseind with 60 bars in 1 street, van Abbe museum of modern art, the Effenaar and Bermuda club, Design Academy and Technical University, Philips and DAF museum. Or maybe you rather take a nice and easy 5 minute walk to the park with it’s juicy green meadows...
For international travellers: from Eindhoven Airport the bus will get you to us in 25 minutes.
Hope to see you soon!
We felt very welcome at Maud & Nick's.
They were wonderful hosts - and our stay was just perfect!
Enjoyed our quarters very much. Spotless, functional (with nice attentions everywhere, like spare toothbrushes in the bathroom just in case ;-) -and very quiet. Didn't get a chance to check the LP collection as our Eindhoven stay was only one night and we had to leave relatively early, but it looked great -- and what a nice touch!
All in all a great stay. Maud & Nick made us feel very welcome and treated us like friends - which was very nice.
Thank you for your hospitality - and... yes, the wonderful breakfast. We'll be back!
Samuel, Félix and Pierre-Yves
The apartment was more luxurious then I expected - a complete floor, bathroom and roof terrace for your own use. And Maud and Nick are really friendly hosts and they serve a really good breakfast :)
Heel hartelijke ontvangst, top!
This two days in Maud, Nick and their children's company was delightful. They were amazing hosts, feeling at home. The room is big and comfortable. You can make yourself some tea, coffee etc while listening music (there is a furnished vinyl's collection at your disposal). The balcony is very enjoyable when the sun comes out. As the room is on the second floor, it gives you a isolated private space, but as well you just have to go downstairs to share moments and experiences with Maud and Nick (and you will because they are very welcoming people).
The breakfast was lavish (did not have space for the lunch after) and bread home-made.
I will for sure come back again to Maud and Nick's house. See you then!
Hartelijke ontvangst, zeer grote kamer en eigen badkamer in een mooi huis. Heel mooi koppel dat heel gastvrij is.
A beautiful little self contained apartment with an excellent vinyl record collection!! Maud and Nick made us feel very at home, lending us bikes and also giving us a lift to the airport, it really was a lovely place to stay. Thank you both!
We stayed at Maud & Nick's apartment for only one night which is a shame. You should spend there at least a week, because the two are so welcoming, the room is amazing and we had one of the best breakfasts you can imagine. There are plenty of books and records which will make your time fly if the weather is too bad to enjoy the beautiful roof-deck. We were simply amazed by what Maud and Nick offered. Great people with a great taste and an amazing apartment in a family-friendly area.
Thank you for showing interest in our Bed & Breakfast! The name Benjamin is from Benjamin Franklin after whom our street is named.
About us: Maud is a writer and teacher. Nick is a musician and designer. We have two fantastic children (12 and 14 years old). We're interested in people, literature, music, eating and drinking, art, and travelling.
