The space

The spacious apartment is fully self-contained for your own private use, and can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 adults/children.

The bedroom has a double bed and bunk beds. There are two double wardrobes.

The lounge can sleep 2 people - it has a pull-down double bed. There is plenty seating available and a dining table.

There is an entrance hallway, changing area with seating, balcony, and five rooms:
- lounge/dining area
- 'Austrian-style' bedroom
- kitchen
- a bath/shower-room with wash-basin
- a separate toilet.

The large balcony overlooks the side of the mountain.

The kitchen (with table and two chairs) has an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. Crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and cooking utensils are all provided. The kitchen provides a view overlooking the lake of Zell am See.

The apartment is on the third floor (there is an elevator).

The apartment is within easy walking distance of the Zell am See 'City Xpress' cable-car.

You have access to your own personal storage cellar in the apartment building (for bicycles, ski-equipment etc).

Our 'Calendar Availability' is always up to date and we respond to all enquiries within 24 hours.

No smoking and no pets are permitted inside the apartment, however you can smoke outside on the apartment balcony.

Don't miss the variety of events held throughout the year in Zell am See and surrounding area (please note that some events may be cancelled in poor weather conditions).

'Magic Lake Show': Until 15th October. A spectacular show with water, light, music & laser is on three times a week. In August at 10pm; September & October at 9pm. Enjoy 20 minutes of this magical world from the music pavilion in the Elisabeth Park, every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. Entrance is free.

'Zell Summer Night Festival': On Wednesday in August from 7pm, visitors can enjoy Italian flair, exceptional artists, culinary delights and popular music in the pedestrian zone. The Mediterranean atmosphere and the musical programs give the event an unique charm and make an evening stroll through Zell am See a real Summer highlight.

Zell am See makes an attractive base for holidaymakers who enjoy travelling around as there are plenty of nearby towns and villages, with many local attractions.

Please note that we cannot accept more than 6 people (including children/babies) in this apartment as per fire and insurance regulations. If you exceed 6 people you shall be refused entry to the apartment (and no refund provided).

Guest access

A cellar room is available to store your ski-equipment or bicycles.

A parking space is available to the rear of the property and a parking permit is provided.

The apartment block has use of a coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer in the basement. There is a room to hang clothes to dry and there's a rotary clothes airer outside at the rear of the building (in warm months of the year).

The apartment is located within a residential area. You are asked to respect other guests and local residents in the building that you are occupying, and in the general location of the building, by not creating or allowing excessive noise or unruly behaviour (especially between the hours of 22.00-07.00). Parties are strictly forbidden in the apartment or common area at any time - breach of this condition will entitle us to ask you to leave the apartment immediately without any refund.

Full house rules are listed on the noticeboard in the entrance to the apartment building itself, and must be adhered to.

You are responsible for your own safety and the safety of other guests whilst in the apartment, whilst on the balcony and whilst in the apartment building itself. We shall not be held responsible for any damage or injury caused by your own negligent actions or those of your guests.

The property is suitable for children but care should be taken to supervise young children on the balcony, and they must always be accompanied in the elevator and other communal areas of the apartment building.

Ski equipment can be stored in the cellar store-room. We do not accept responsibility for the loss/damage of your belongings during your stay, and you must ensure that you have travel insurance in place.

On no account are ski boots to be worn inside the apartment as this damages the floor and causes noise for your neighbours below.

No smoking and no pets are permitted inside the apartment, however you can smoke outside on the balcony.

Please remove your shoes/boots on entering the apartment.

All sets of keys must be returned when the inventory inspection takes place at the apartment on your leaving day. If sets of keys are missing or not returned on time, we reserve the right to have the locks changed and debit the cost from the Damages Deposit. Charges will be made for lost keys (€100 minimum).

The Parking Permit must be returned on your departure; failure to do so shall incur a Penalty Charge (€50).

The apartment was perfect for my family which consist of 4 persons. It was spacious, cozy and very clean. The wireless network was excellent and very fast. The amenities were more than we expect. We are so glad we chose to stay at Craig and Ash's place. Great location only a few minutes stroll to the lake and restaurants, plus space to park your car and all the conveniences you could ask for in an apartment. Craig and Ash have put huge effort into making your stay a great experience - from a really detailed house manual right down to washing powder, coins for the shared washing machine and welcome chocolate, we were constantly impressed. Though the interior is original retro, it is impeccably clean and comfortable and has a well equipped kitchen and everything you could need for your stay. Highly recommended!

Craig and Ash's place in Zell am See was wonderful and we had a lovely few days here. Both Craig and Ash were very accommodating, friendly and helpful. The flat is spacious and comfortable with a lovely balcony. It is very central and there is quick access to local shops, restaurants and ski lifts. We would definitely recommend: Zell am See is a beautiful town and there's possibilities to visit it all year round. Craig and Ash's flat provides an excellent base to visit Zell am See and the surrounding area.
