A home from home in the heart of historic St Leonards, with a pretty private rear garden. Although in a quiet spot the house is only 2 minutes walk to the fashionable Norman Road - a charming area filled with antique and retro shops, cafes and restaurants.
Just 200m from award-winning beaches and 500m from Warrior Square station with direct main line services to London.
The attic room has a double bed with a dormer window over looking the old church. There is use of a shared bathroom and kitchen. There is also free wifi at the house.
I am a free lance consultant in the urban regeneration field and consequently often work from home when not inhabiting the local coffee shops and eateries. I've also been known to have the odd swim!
Keith is an informed, considerate host of a well located, stylish house with a comfortable and clean room/bathroomHighly recommended.
A really great place to stay. The house was lovely, it's a great area with a wonderful cafe just round the corner and the beach only a few minutes away and loads of interesting places nearby. The house was immaculate and Keith was extremely welcoming and helpful, and gave us great tips for what to do. We'll certainly be hoping to go again.
We felt privileged to stay at Keith's delicious Georgian house - it was our base for househunting in the area, and was brilliantly informative about the whole Hastings scene: food, architecture, the good and not so good areas, parking, and the pier restoration. It was all fascinating. Our room was a light, bright eyrie at the top of the immaculate, and yes, impeccably stylish house. Everything we wanted was within walking distance, and altogether we couldn't have wished for more.
We came for romantic weekend and it was romantic weekend indeed! Felt like home in cosy, warm and nicely designed cottage.
Keith is so nice host. Would love to come again... To see little ducks on the window again :-) Thank you Keith. Petra and Ondrej.
Had a great stay at Keith's place. Keith himself was very welcoming, friendly and easy to get on with, while his home was very comfortable, clean and tidy, spacious and tastefully furnished. It is also well located very close to the seafront and St. Leonard's train station, while Hastings town centre is within easy reach. Overall, very good value for money and highly recommended!
The house was very nice, tasteful & clean and right next to the most happening parts of St Leonards, also just a minute or two from the sea. Keith seemed like a good guy and even though he was very busy he took time to chat to us.
We had a great time at Keith's who was very pleasant and helpful in letting us know the good local places to eat/drink.
His house was beautiful and I especially enjoyed the large bathroom which was luxurious in every sense.
Keith made us feel very at home without being too intrusive. I would highly recommend staying at Keith's.
Great stay in a lovely house. Keith was a great host and gave us plenty of tips for our stay in Hastings (carnival!). Great location and lovely pub on the end of the road. Highly recommended and would definitely go back to Keith's place.
I very much enjoyed my one night stay with Keith. He has a beautiful house in a good central location. He was very welcoming, friendly and helpful in terms of the locality. I would be happy to recommend a stay with Keith to anyone.
Keith is friendly and welcoming and his place is great... has a calm, quiet and enjoyable atmosphere. Definitely recommended if St Leonards Warrior square is your destination.
