About This Listing
A home from home in the heart of historic St Leonards, with a pretty private rear garden. Although in a quiet spot the house is only 2 minutes walk to the fashionable Norman Road - a charming area filled with antique and retro shops, cafes and restaurants.
Just 200m from award-winning beaches and 500m from Warrior Square station with direct main line services to London.
The attic room has a double bed with a dormer window over looking the old church. There is use of a shared bathroom and kitchen. There is also free wifi at the house.
I am a free lance consultant in the urban regeneration field and consequently often work from home when not inhabiting the local coffee shops and eateries. I've also been known to have the odd swim!
I afraid I don't cook breakfast for guests but your welcome to use the kitchen and there is always coffee, tea, toast etc available
No smoking in the house I'm afraid

Keith is an amazing host. He gave us directions to emblematic places of the city, offered access to breakfast, and recommended activities around the city. He is a really kind and attentive person.
The house is two blocks away from the sea, and different interesting coffee shops and restaurants. The neighbourhood is quiet. My girlfriend and I found the house really clean, cosy including the room that we stayed in.
The only inconvenience was the seagulls screeching in the morning. But it was easily solved with earplugs.
I definitely recommend staying at Keith's, great experience.
Keith was very accommodating and provided flexibility in terms of arriving and departing. We felt very welcome, offered a cup of tea on arrival and enjoyed coffee in the lovely garden the following morning.
