The Space

Home recently remodeled and rebuilt . Approx 3,500 Sq Ft 5 bedrooms, 5 bath. This home represents mountain luxury with attention to detail at its finest. Brand new top of the line Hot Spring Aria hot tub, 8 pair ski boot heater are among many other things that will make your vacation enjoyable. Three bedrooms have LED TVs with multiple Direct TV channels and en-suite modern and spacious bathrooms. Large decks equipped with speakers and multi zone music channels and garden area suitable for family gatherings. Surrounded by pine trees in quite neighborhood with easy winter access.

Great room with 55' 3D LED TV, surround sound, high quality stereo system with speakers and 42' gas fireplace.

Game room has pool table, 3D 60 inch HDTV with Bose surround sound system, Blue Ray player and deck with a 5 person Jacuzzi.

Large decks with BBQ, deck heater, and seating for 8 people.

Gourmet kitchen has high end appliances and seating for 10 at dining table and 5 at the bar.

Master Suite has fireplace, private bath with heated floors, rain head shower, and steam shower.

Master Suite has a queen bed. Four downstairs guest rooms have a king, queen, 2 twins and bunk bed (full+twin bed). Game room has fold out queen bed couch. Home sleeps more than 10 adults, but I like to keep the number limited at 10.

Egyptian cotton 400 thread count bed sheets, top quality comforters and towels.

The fine craftsmanship, attention to detail and appealing design will make you want to stay longer at home.

Our Home is located in a quite neighborhood of mostly 2nd homeowners and some primary residences yet close to downtown Tahoe City. Home is surrounded by pine trees and mountains. Cross Country skiing, mountain biking, and hiking (depending on season) is out our front door. It is 15 minutes to the 3 best downhill ski areas in Lake Tahoe, Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, and Northstar.

In summer the same area has some of the best mountain biking and hiking in the Lake Tahoe area. The beach is a 10 minute bike ride or 5 minute car ride. In about a 3 minutes drive you are in bustling (joke) downtown Tahoe City. Tahoe City has all the restaurants and stores you could want.

If you go north from the house you can be at Stateline (Carnelian bay) in 20 minutes where there are a few small casinos with live shows most nights and of course gambling.

Its really ski area central in the winter. If you like cross country, you can literally go out the front door and ski over to a groomed cross country ski area called Tahoe Cross Country Ski area. We have snow shoes, sleds, and snowboards you can use as well. In the summer you have access to the lake, kayaking, rafting, mountain biking, and hiking.

House Rules

No ski boots inside premises. Please take off shoes and use crocs found in house.Our house on the upper level has an open living/dining area with a gas fire place, a well-equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, master bedroom with fire place all surrounded by a large deck. Downstairs are 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms. Bedrooms have a king, queen, 2 twins and bunk bed (full + twin). Game room with deck and outside hot tub are also on the lower level. Laundry room with a washer and dryer is located downstairs. The house comfortably accommodates 10 people. It is understood that our house is located in an area that is subject to winter storms and heavy snowfall. There are occasional power outages that may impact heating, lighting
and other utility systems. Additionally, there may be limited accessibility until snow removal service arrives. Owner agrees to: Provide all utilities, trash removal, US telephone service, internet, the use of all kitchen equipment, dishes, linens, outdoor furniture, BBQ (clean out-door grill if used). We will take reasonable steps to ensure that house equipment is all in working order. (Feel free to use any staples, condiments and supplies on hand.)

Renter agrees to: Leave the premises in the same order as found and not to exceed the maximum of 10 occupants. Any additional cleaning / laundering during the rental period are the renters' responsibility. Renter shall be responsible for any damage exceeding the amount of the security deposit, plus reasonable costs of collection, including attorney's fees, if necessary. Guests of Renter shall be the responsibility of Renter. Special notice and arrangements are required in writing at the time of booking for gatherings where you will be entertaining or allowing on the property more than the guests you have listed herein. Subletting is not permitted. Any disturbance or other activity resulting in neighborhood complaints or police action, or violation
of this Rental Agreement, shall be sufficient cause for immediate termination of your stay and all monies paid will be forfeited.
Renter agrees there is to be NO SMOKING inside of the house. Doing so will automatically forfeit the entire Security Deposit.
PETS are not allowed for guests or guest's invitees.
Renter acknowledges and accepts that there will be no supervision on the premises during their stay and Owners will not be responsible for supervising the use of the facilities by either adults or children. Renters' and all Renters' invitees and guests undertake all use of the property at their own risk.
Renter agrees to indemnify and save harmless Owners, its successors and assigns, from and against all liability claims and demands on account of injury to persons, including death there from and damage to the property arising out of the performance of this rental agreement by the Renter and/or guests and invitees of Renter, except from and against such claims and demands which
may arise out of the sole negligence of the Owner. Renter shall, at his or its own expense, defend any and all actions at law brought against the Owner, and shall pay all attorney fees and all other expense, and promptly discharge any judgments arising therefrom.
Renter agrees to allow Owners or Owners agent to enter and view premises and make repairs,both inside and outside, with reasonable notice or without notice if occupant(s) is unreachable.
Children are the direct responsibility of their parents or caretakers and are NEVER TO BE LEFT UNATTENDED in the house or on the grounds of premises.
Owners or Agent may inspect the premises at any time.
Upon departure –wash dishes, place garbage in trash bear box in front of the house or trash bin in garage Place used towels in the shower, and press Extended absence on the iPad mini My Home app (Control 4) .
