This mod boutique apartment is a spacious modern 1100 sq feet in the center of downtown Toronto, steps from tons of restaurants, bars, parks, shops, theaters, museums, galleries, cafes and multiple streetcar and subway lines.
The apartment is a peaceful, minimalist oasis in a quiet, secure high-rise building, decorated in mid-century modern and design/art style. The airy open-concept living/dining room leads into a solarium with stellar views of downtown, the Toronto Islands, and Lake Ontario--which is a 10-minute walk way. In the summer, watch flocks of birds fly over the trees; in the winter, gaze at the bare trees against the snowy streets.
Located two blocks from St. Lawrence Market, named the world's top food market by National Geographic. Stop in for cheese from France, lobster from Nova Scotia, mole from Mexico, and everything in between. Every weekend the market hosts a farmer's market and a fantastic (and inexpensive) antique market.
Each rental includes ingredients for breakfast: bread, coffee, fruit, eggs and milk. (Other breakfast options available for those with dietary issues.) In addition, we provide toiletries to make your stay easy and comfortable.
For families with more than two guests, a queen-sized air mattress is available.

Len was the epitome of the perfect host during our stay in Toronto. Although she could not be there, she did everything she could to make it seem like she was. The fridge was well stocked with breakfast food and the bathroom had complimentary toiletries.
Len's place is quite marvellous and in a very convenient location. The gym is well equipped and the furniture in the flat is like walking on to a scene from Mad Men.
Len continued to communicate with us even to the point of checking if we had been affected during the recent ice storms in Toronto.
Would definitely recommend and stay here again.
Our communication with our host Len was easy and quick. From our arrival we felt welcome and at home , and Len was thoughtful to leave gluten free products for us in the fridge for our breakfasts. It is a lovely apartment, spotlessly clean, airy, sunny and with spectacular views. It is very convenient to a range of shopping possibilities, is quiet and St James Park is great. We are looking forward to staying in Len's apartment again when we next visit Toronto.
The apartment was spotless. The view and location were incredible. Len was extremely responsive and provided good instructions. Thanks for a great visit. We would love to stay again if back in Toronto.
Len's apartment was just what we were hoping for our downtown Toronto vacation. We stayed 5 days during summer 2013 Pride festivities, and found it conveniently located and a perfect space for the two of us. We appreciated how stylishly decorated the space was with mid-century modernist furniture. The more you looked the more you saw! She also had a diverse collection of (website hidden). James Park is just across the street and St. Lawrence Market is very convenient. We enjoyed the city views as well. We'd be privileged to stay again and would recommend to others. The only shortcoming (nitpicking here) was a small coffee maker, but that was easily managed with multiple brews. Finally, it offers convenient transportation via shuttle to and from airport. Thanks to Len for sharing!
Where do I start? Right form the word go, Len was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She was approachable, friendly and responded quickly to all my questions about the apartment and our upcoming stay. The apartment itself was wonderful....clean, with plenty of light. Decked out retro chic with a modern twist, the solarium and the view of the city skyline were sublime...the location couldn't have been better. I have no hesitation in recommending this boutique design oasis to anyone contemplating a stay in downtown Toronto. I'll definitely be back.
Len's place was gorgeous, cozy, centrally-located, and generally the gold standard for any Air BnB experience. Communication was super-fast and effecient. My husband and I stayed for 3 days and had a blast. Will definitley be back. Thanks Len!!!
Len's apartment is great (very clean+gorgeous views+great furnishings!) and looks even better than in the pictures. We had no trouble arranging to pick up keys and with directions. Len was thoughtful and flexible. Would come back again without hesitation.
Len's apartment is FANTASTIC!
Easy to find, and very close to public transit.
The place is clean, amazingly well decorated, and comfortable.
The Solarium is worth staying here alone. It looks over St. James Park, where it was a treat to look out and see fresh snow when we stayed in December.
Len is very thorough and prepared when you come to visit.
If I can make my way back to Toronto, you can be sure I'll try and book this place again.
Len was fantastic. The place is great with amazing views and was really clean. Location of the place is right downtown. Communication with Len great. Highly recommended.
To be honest, my entire stay was fantastic, but horror only begins AFTER the stay! We booked the place around xmas time (19th-24th Dec). Prior to arrival, Len said she will NOT be in town and asked us to arrange key pick up and drop off with her friend. I'm travelling all the way from another part of the world, flight alone took 15 hours, therefore I arranged my sister who lives in Toronto to communicate with her friend via Whatsapp. Everything went accordingly and during check out her friend was not available, so following her instructions we dropped the keys off with her next door neighbor at 11am on 24th morning. After we arrived back home I received a HORRIBLE (actually a very rude) message from Len claiming we left the house filthy dirty and wanted to charge us more!! I was so shock because when we left the house we even swept the floor!! The only thing we left was a few (literally just coffee cups and 2 dishes) within the sink! Thank god I have PICTURES to prove my case!! I took pictures right before leaving the place and it looked the same as when we arrived. After I said I have pictures, then she made another excuse and said we burnt something that caused an awful smell?!?!? Unbelievable! I don't want to accuse anyone, but she was NOT available to pick up the keys and only returned a few days after xmas, so for all we know, her neighbor could have enter her apartment! It was very rude of her without even trying to communicate with us, but to just leave rude messages claiming we did this and that and saying she will charge us more!! And it's funny now she leaves a comment of how we messaged her friend and bothered her during the holidays?!?!? You were the one who was NOT in town and told us to communicate with your friend!! You knew our booking was for 19th-24th, if you didn't like that then please don't accept my booking!! Her friend was actually quite nice, and all we did were arrange keys pick up (at the hotel next door) and drop off (with next door neighbor), we didn't even have to see her friend. So with my experience, I would recommend you all to think twice before choosing her place. Which is a pity, because the flat was great and neighborhood was good. But it's not worth to go through the headache after returning home and seeing threats within your message box!! If you do rent with her, please ensure she is IN TOWN and come collect her keys before you leave, so you won't be accused of things you didn't do!!
Unfortunately Niki's review includes a number of mistruths, and was written after I left her a negative review for being an incredibly messy and difficult guest. Niki left a pile of huge dirty dishes and a horrible burnt smell in the apartment that lasted for days. I thought that I'd instituted a security deposit on her reservation (which I'd done for other reservations prior to her stay), and was going to file a claim because of having to hire someone to do an extensive cleaning--last minute on Christmas--because of the poor condition of the unit after Niki's stay, but belatedly realized there was not a security deposit on her reservation. Additionally, although Niki initially did not want to commit to key hand-over times before her arrival, I did arrange all details of key pick-up and drop-off with Niki nearly a week before her stay. She did not have to make any arrangements in my absence.
