About this listing
Sunny 2 bedroom apartment. You would be in our guest bedroom. There is one bathroom in the apartment, so there is sometimes a need to coordinate shower times in the morning. We are on the the second floor of a 3-apartment building. It's a short walk to the subway stop at Davis Square, which also has a variety of restaurants and stores.
8 minute walk to Davis Subway and buses.
Full-size bed with linens and towels provided.
There are curtains, but no room-darkening shades, on the bedroom windows, which could be an issue if you are sensitive to light in the mornings.
Note: As a guest, you'll be joining us in a lived-in, slightly cluttered but comfortable apartment. The guest room itself has a few things stored in it -- some suitcases behind the bed, and a few boxes under the desk.
Interaction with guests
We enjoy getting to know our guests.
In general, we are more likely to accept visitors who already have several reviews, and/or who have posted a detailed profile.
We expect our guests to treat our home with respect, and we've had good experiences with all the guests we've had so far.
If you expect to be coming in and out at late or early hours (e.g. after 11 pm or before 7 am) at any point during your stay, please let us know at the time you arrange your booking.
