We're sorry you feel a little cleaning up after yourselves and performing a minor communal duty is too onerous - there are plenty of much more expensive establishments where you needn't contribute or even socialise in any way. Our listing does clearly state "To achieve our aim of cheap and happy skiing, we ask you to perform minor duties. We don’t employ persons to clean and tidy up. Duties are allocated for each room, and we ask you to please vacuum your room on departure." In any case I had a bit of unexpected extra cleaning up to do after one of your group simply chucked a whole lot of leftover food, recyclable containers and all, in the landfill bin on the way out - not much to ask to separate organics, recyclables and landfill... all just part of the considering others and the communal experience.
As for the uphill climb from the road (it's only about 200m so perhaps "hideous" is a little overstated), thanks for your feedback - while there's not much we can do about this topographical feature, we will add more info about it to our listings. We do however find most of the time that our guests are more than happy to overcome this small challenge when rewarded with our relative seclusion and prime ski-in/ski-out setup.
Better luck finding something more suitable next time.
