About this listing
Our Lake Tahoe Sanctuary is beautifully situated on the lake with a few gorgeous and tall pine trees dotting the land around it. A very warm, welcoming home where you can completely relax and where it seems like time stands still. Perfectly located in Kings Beach just a short minute walk from the beach and a short drive to major ski resorts like Northstar and Mt. Rose, this home is ideal for couples, families or friends looking for some R&R. With a private pier looking out onto the entire lake, you can grab a glass of wine or some warm tea and watch the sun set behind the mountains as the lake changes its colors. There are also restaurants and bars nearby for food and drink. It has been a magical spot for us and believe it will be the same for you.
The house itself has three well sized bedrooms with queen beds, a pull out couch and another couch that can sleep one more. It has a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, storeroom to store your gear in and a heart shaped tub to soothe your muscles. It has two large decks and TV/cable. It also has wifi and a fireplace. Throughout the house is art work and beautiful rugs. It feels like a home and you can make it your own. Stay for two nights or more and enjoy.
Price is all inclusive except for a $150 cleaning fee.

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was bright and open with upstairs and downstairs porches to relax and enjoy the views on. The condo complex was our favorite, having stayed in the area several times. We liked being able to walk to out on the pier and access the water easily. King's Beach is easy walking distance so we never had to deal with driving or parking.
The beds and bedding were very comfortable and we had all the space and storage that we needed...including 3 bathrooms which is great for traveling with teens. The condo had most everything we needed including plenty of linens, dishes, cookware and utensils. The only things we missed were a hot mit, dish soap and a coffee maker. We were very happy to have use of a charocoal grill and everything we needed to use it. There is a double oven and we had success using the small oven.
As another reviewer mentioned, it appears that the condo is someone elses living space with personal items left around and in the closets. Those with young children might want to be aware that there are many cords and several collectables/decorations on the floor in the main living area.
We would definately stay there again!!
This is a gorgeous vacation home, just a few steps away from the lake and the Kings Beach park. Stunning views of the lake from the living room and downstairs bedroom! The house was very clean, artistically decorated and had everything that you could imagine - plenty of towels, blankets etc. for our group of 6 ppl. The kitchen was fully stocked as well. We had a great family vacation and would highly recommend this place! A complete value for money!
We were a family of four from the UK visiting Tahoe for the first time. Tahoe over delivered, the accommodation and communication worked brilliantly for us. Would recommend. Thanks James
Had a girls' getaway with friends visiting from Minnesota. We loved the ability to spread out, walk around, and quick access to the lake and beach. It's worth the drive to Speedboat Beach.
Loved this Lake Tahoe gem. The condo is lakefront with fabulous views and a couple of nice decks perfect for sipping wine and enjoying the lake. The condo itself is spacious and well-laid out. The location in Kings Beach works well as it is walking distance to a nice beach and some good restaurants and perfectly situated for any North Shore activity. Loved the pier that is part of the condo complex. The only drawback was the drought which has the lake as low as I have ever seen it.
We were in Tahoe for a wedding that was literally a 10 min walk from Tania & Philip's place. Great location and perfect for 3 couples, plus toddlers. Kids loved running around on the grassy lawn. The view from the deck is beautiful, plus we really enjoyed watching the animals - rabbits and squirrels - in the morning. Tania and Philip were always super responsive leading up to our stay. Thanks for a great long weekend!
