Located in the historical district of Fort Worth, this luxurious private guesthouse is the perfect getaway spot for two close to the stockyards, TCU, hospital district, Dickies Arena & amazing restaurants. KING size bed, vaulted ceilings and everything you need for a long or short stay. Living space with large tv and sofa, WiFi, stocked kitchen with eat-in island, everything you need to make a meal including a dishwasher. Full-size washer and dryer and spacious bathroom with walk in shower!

The space
The Longhorn Getaway was built in 2021 and has a private entrance. Located on the 2nd floor above our garage (you must be able to walk up steps, they are wide, well-lit at night with handrail) you will find a spacious studio full of natural light, vaulted ceilings and richly detailed with designer finishes. We get compliments weekly on the luxury comfortable KING size bed, pillows and bedding. There is a spacious private bathroom, living and kitchen space. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, garage disposal, and sit at kitchen island.

Guest access
You have a private entrance and can access entire loft. We have another airbnb next to this one. You do need to climb stairs to get into the guesthouse that’s located over our garage. It’s a new build that we completed in 2021.

Other things to note
Free street parking.

You must be able to go up stairs - guesthouse is on the 2nd floor above our garage. Exterior stairs are lighted well & wide with hand railing.

We have another Airbnb on the property.

Professionally cleaned after each guest checks out.

Located in the Southside, we love being close to the center of the action! The GETAWAY is just blocks from a bustling street full of the best restaurants and bars in Fort Worth. We are within 4 miles from the heart of downtown Fort Worth and Sundance Square. Three miles to west takes you to the Cultural District where you can visit three world-class art museums. The GETAWAY is within walking distance to the major hospitals in Fort Worth. Texas Christian University and the Fort Worth Zoo are less than 2 miles away.

We love traveling & staying in Airbnb’s and have been dreaming of having our own one day! We bought a major fixer upper and after doing a complete overhaul we moved into our dream home. Christine (also go by Allie) is an interior designer and designed this guesthouse space from the ground up. We have a growing family & love sharing our favorite places in town to explore. We love our neighborhood and how close we are amazing restaurants & parks.
