About this listing
I am renting out my spare room in my big apartment (110 qm) in the heart of Munich (Glockenbachviertel) with a very lovely flatmate - namely me!!
The room has a big lether couch and a comfortable bed (1,40 x 2,00 m, new comfort matress) with cosy blankets and pillows.
The kitchen is equiped with a big table and everything a modern household needs (dishes cleaner, grain mill, Thermomix).
The bathroom got a shower, a tub and a washing mashine.
Its a nonsmoker apartment, but on the balkony smoking is allowed :-))
W-Lan and fresh towells i ll offer you for free of course.
The Glockenbach area is famous for its nightlife, the nice cafes, bars + restaurants. Around the corner you find supermarkets, bakerys and other shops. In 1 minute you can reach the Munich river Isar, which is nice for relaxing or even swimming.
From central train station it takes 8 minutes to get near by.
The best way to the city center (Sendlinger Tor) is a 10 min. walk through the green ancient south cemetery or with the bus in 10 min to Viktualienmarkt.
To get to my place from central trainstation take the bus No 58 (direction Silberhornstr). You find the busstop in front of the northern exit (way to city centrer), behind the taxis. Get off the bus at Baldeplatz (takes 9 min.). A few meters back, on the other side of the road ( opposite the blue fuelstation ARAL) is the Kapuzinerstr.37. The name written on the bell is Solleder- Becker. My apartment is on the 2. floor. Sorry, no elevator!

Well, i thought rules are not necessary. But unfortunately there are some people who maybe never lived in a community (or haven´t been educated in these things) and don´t know what is important to live together. This is especially for them! Be quiet, and try not to disturb others (don´t scream, bang doors...); be friendly - with your host + neighbours; leave the bathroom and kitchen and the guestroom as clean as it was before; be ecofriendly (save water, don´t boil more water as you need, don´t let the water in the shower run before you actually use it, seperate your waste...), ask if you need something; don´t take stuff of you host without asking...
Please be considerate with me and my neighbours. That means especially to be quiet in the middle of the night!
I dont like to host drunken people, that brought always troubles for me. What not means i am strict against alcohol...
No illegal movie downloads from my server!
Smoking is possible on my balkony, but not inside.
Apartment was easy to find, about 10 minutes to walk to the metro. There's a supermarket just up the road which is convenient. The bus stops right near the apartment. The room is huge and the bed is really comfortable. Very clean and modern and our host was very friendly! We all had a good chat one night while sharing some pasta.
Really quiet spot, and we had full access to the kitchen. Overall very enjoyable stay and we would recommend!
This apartment is located in a very nice, centrally located neighborhood in Munich. The room is big, the bed is comfortable, and there is a nice patio. Make sure you read all of the house rules and follow them carefully... Overall, a pleasant stay in Munich.
Susanne's flat is ideally located for a visit to Munich. She was very helpful in getting me oriented for my visit. I would recommend staying with Susanne to anyone interested in a well situated flat in a very cool part of town
Vielen Dank, Susanne! LG von uns
The reservation was canceled 139 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
Susanne war eine sehr nette Gastgeberin. Grosses Zimmer mit einem bequemen Bett. Alles was man braucht für 2 Tage München.
Susanne could not have been a more generous host. Our trip was only short lived and due to the Oktoberfest festivities we didn't really use the apartment for anything apart from sleeping. The apartment is large, modern and incredibly clean. The room available is no exception, it is very large and has lots of natural light. Extra blankets, towels, bottles of water and a great WIFI connection were also provided to make our Air bnb stay more than comfortable.
The apartment is in a great location too. A 10 or so minute walk from the main attractions and also to Oktoberfest. I would highly recommend staying with Susanne if you have the chance as she is a very accommodating host and it was a pleasure to stay with her.

About the Host, Susanne
Its always fascinaiting to meet new people. I love that while traveling and with airbnb. Both is fun! I like to be outdoors and in nature, sports and Kundalini Yoga (teacher training).
Communication with my guests is important to me! That must not be hours of discussions...a small-talk is mostly enough to get to know each other. People who like it more anonymous should better stay in a hotel...
Hosts like us want to know who our guests are. We enjoy seeing people. Post a profile photo of yourself (not your dog or cat) and write a bit about yourself and who you are travelling with.
A novel of your life story isn't necessary; just write about what you think someone meeting you for the first time would want to know
