Interaction with Guests
Early 30's female working in the hospitality/tourism industry. I am a native New Yorker and can provide with all the information you need about NYC and its surrounding areas. I speak French, Spanish and Arabic so communication is never an issue. I am very social and enjoy cooking, traveling and meeting new people. I am always available to help you in anyway I can. I travel all the time so I am in and out of NYC but Eric is always home to help guests with anything they need. We both have busy schedules but we are always available for guests.
The greatest feature of the apartment aside from its pristine condition is its location. It lies in prime Lower East Side/Chinatown territory, known for its diverse community, vibrant nightlife and artistic sensibility. You can shop vintage designer looks at Tokio 7 and Cadillac's Castle. You are steps away from excellent restaurants and bars including Fat Radish, Beauty & Essex, Les Enfants Terribles, 'inoteca, Clinton Street Bakery and loads of excellent Chinese food.

I stayed at Eric 's home for two weeks,The home is very clean and cozy, Eric is such a caring and wonderful host! I will definitely recommend this apt to my friends! Cleanliness, taste, Style, comfort and a great location !
We stayed at Laila' s place in February. Laila was not there, but we were met by Eric who was a great host. He showed us around the neighborhood and recommended some excellent restaurants in the area. Eric was really helpful and made our stay in New York very enjoyable. The apartment is well located close to subway, in a surprisingly quiet street. The neighborhood is nice, quiet with many shops, restaurants and galleries. It is a little messy, like all New York :) The apartment itself is great, our room was nice, clean and very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. I can only recommend Laila and Eric as hosts as this is a great place to stay if you want to get to know New York!
My sister and I had a great stay at Ludlow Street and were made to feel very welcome. The apartment is lovely and in a really good location - close links to subway and a fun neighbourhood with lots of different bars and restaurants to choose from. Sadly, we didn't get to meet Leila, but Eric was very friendly and gave us a tour of the neighbourhood and loads of recommendations for places to go and things to do. His recommendation for our visit to the Doughnut Plant was definitely a hot tip! Creme Brulee doughnut - to die for! Leila and Eric made the whole process easy, with really fast contact, flexibility with arrival and leaving times, and generous with space and amenities in the apartment. Thank you for a great stay and keep up the excellent hospitality!
A great and comfortable apartment located between East Village and Chinatown, close to a subway. The apartment is also very close to a lot of bars and restaurants (Lower East Side).
Eric is a very welcoming and generous host. Eric was also helpful by taking us out for a little walk in his neighborhood. We would definitely stay at Eric’s again.
Torneremo volentieri. Grazie ancora!
The apartment was exactly what we needed and matched the description perfectly! Cosy, warm, comfortable, and Eric was so welcoming and friendly and had plenty of useful recommendations for things to do and see in New York. We had a great stay and would recommend this place to anyone. Great location too, the subway was so close!
This private room is in a prime location in the lower east side of New York. Close to many art studios, restaurants parks etc. Laila was very detailed with her instructions on where to pick up the keys. She provided a personal escort "City Co-Pilots" to take us the the apartment. The room was very clean with all the necessary essentials. Our friends just opened a Spiritual Boutique call "Flow Life" just around the corner so the location was perfect for us. Thank you again. We will return.
