Guests will access the house through a keyless entry pad on the main door on the side of the house. Code will be sent before arrival.
Access is available to the whole house including finished game room and laundry in the basement

The owner's private residence is also located on this seven acre property.

Other things to note
The property is accessed via a half mile dirt/gravel road, recently regraded. While the road has been greatly improved, low clearance vehicles are not recommended. In inclement weather, the road is better traversed in an all wheel/4X4 vehicle.

Be mindful of the wildlife.
