Live by charming Guldbergsgade

Apartment - Entire home/apt · Peter Fabers Gade, Copenhagen, Capital Region of Denmark 2200, Denmark

The Space

My apartment is located in the heart of the youthful, dynamic and cosy area "Nørrebro", where you'll find lot's of good hang-out spots and an authentic feel of Copenhagen.

THE APARTMENT is a lovely 2-room-flat with an open kitchen, living room and s bedroom. There is lots of light coming in and the apartment has newly been renovated with a modernized kitchen and bathroom.

In the bedroom there is a large double bed (king size), closet space and a work space. In the living room there is a dining table with 6 chairs, a book shelf and a couch corner with a table and a tv. I have a usb stick for Internet.

It is an ideal spot for couples but can also easily fit three people as the couch can be made into a bed.

Right in the Guldbergsgade neighborhood around Sanct Hans Square, the Assistens Graveyard and the only thai michelin restaurant in the world named Kiin Kiin. Lots of green grocers, supermarkets, cafés, bars, RUST night club and the city´s cheapest and best shawarma around the corner on Nørrebrogade.

The city center is about 15 minutes walk away and there is easy access to public transportation (bus) leaving from Nørrebrogade.

  • I had a totally great time at Nikolajs place. Great location & really easy to feel at home in his perfectly personal and comfy home. I could have stayed there for, well I guess, ever :)
The only thing to think of, maybe in just about all Danish older houses, is that they are kind of noisy in the sense you can feel like living quite close to the neigbours. If you plan to sleep around the clock maybe earplugs can be a good thing to bring :)

  • My girlfriend I and stayed in Nikolaj’s flat for a long weekend. Before arriving, Nikolaj was very friendly and informative, giving us detailed directions to the flat, and was willing to stay up late to welcome us to his home. He took time out to show us around the flat and get to know us, which we really appreciated. (More importantly, he ensured there were a couple of beers waiting for us). The flat itself is a good size for a couple and is uniquely decorated, and has inspired us. I couldn’t recommend the neighborhood highly enough, Noerrebro, with a bohemian atmosphere of boutique shops and great places to eat and drink, it is a great location to spend time in Copenhagen. If you are debating between this flat and another, just choose this one, you wont be disappointed.

  • Really cute & clean apartment at a great location (super close to the bus stop). It has everything you need--a nice kitchen/sound system.

Also, Nikolaj was super nice and accommodating when I had to change the time to pick up the keys.

If you are in Copenhagen, I'd definitely recommend staying here!

  • We stayed at Nikolaj's place for a long weekend at the end of November and it was perfect, right in the cool neighbourhood of Nørrebro. Nikolaj was fantastic when we arrived, giving us restaurant tips and the best places to go (plus the added bonus of wine and chocolate!). We rented bikes and it was the perfect way to get around the city. The apartment has everything you could need, we would definitely stay again. Thanks Nikolaj!

  • Nikolaj's apartment is perfectly situated in Nørrebro which is a very relaxed and trendy area. A stones throw away from the best Thai restaurant, cool bars/cafes, supermarkets, cinema and some of the best shops in Copenhagen. The apartment itself is well equipped with everything you would need. As we sometimes like to cook our own things we were pleasantly surprised to find that the kitchen had everything along with lots of ingredients that Nikolaj was happy for us to use. We chose this place as it had a open kitchen so the apartment has a warm open feel to it.
Nikolaj was the perfect host. He was very welcoming and carried our case up the stairs. He is the exact reason why we like using airbnb! He knew Copenhagen inside out so could give us perfect tips on where to vist, explore and all the hidden gems of the city.
I would highly recommend staying here.

  • Nikolaj's apartment was perfect for our 2 day stay in Copenhagen! He was waiting for us when we arrived, and helped with our bags (it is a walk up). The apartment was spacious, clean, close to transit and within walking distance to all of Copenhagen's sites. I would definitely recommend staying here!

  • Very nice apartment and very nice host. It is located in one of the nicest neighbourhoods in town, close to restaurantes and shops, but in a quite little street.
The apartment was clean and bright. Good bed, internet and a small but very functional bathroom.
    I strongly recommend this apartment!

Hi I am Nikolaj. I am very interested in philosophy, history and human sciences in general. Besides studying I play soccer, meditate and do yoga in my spare time. I love cooking and hanging out with my friends over a good meal. When I have the time getting out in nature is also one of my big passions. Doing hikes, sailing or canooing. Finally I love travelling and meeting other cultures. Besides traveling Europe I've been to India, Nepal, South East Asia, and Central America. By hosting people in my apartment I hope to be able to give a good impression of Copenhagen and Denmark, which always will be my "home".
