We needed a last minute booking (actually later than last minute!) and Evelyn was a most gracious and friendly host, greeting us at the door, and indulging us with a history of the property dating back to the 1700 and 1800's. The inn was very warm and comfy, on a cold snowy eve. We had a large room with a comfortable bed. Woke to a beautiful country setting the next morning. Good breakfast of quiche and pancakes and plenty of coffee. All around a good value and we'd stay again!

Evelyn and the couple that helped her were very welcoming and helpful. The house was beautiful, and the property was really nice. Definitely the perfect spot for a cozy little getaway. Ps. The breakfast was great!

They Royalton B&B was amazing! Evelyn hired a couple of young people from the UK to help and they were brilliant! The bed was comfy, the food delicious, and the conversation delightful. I couldn't be more pleased with my stay.

The B&B is really quaint and full of character. The breakfasts were wonderful and I really appreciated that Evelyn made me a gluten-free quiche. Evelyn made sure the check in process was easy and kindly let us switch rooms to one with a bed better suited for tall people - thanks! The area is beautiful with lots of trails and hikes. It is a little far from amenities like restaurants and supermarkets but that's part of the charm of this area of the world. We would highly recommend the place.

This is a lovely farm~ complete with ducks, hens and roosters! The views were wonderful and the farmhouse has many of the original hardware etc. Evelyn bakes pies for farmers markets and they looked and smelled wonderful! She provided us with coffee, cider and a yummy breakfast and she and her daughter Becky (in to do some last minute wedding planning) were delightful company.

As your hosts, we love to meet new people from all over the world. We have traveled to Italy and a few other countries in Europe. We have also traveled to Panama and Canada.

Evelyn sells her homemade pies and quiches at local farmers markets each week. Her quiches are regularly available for breakfast. She also sells jams, jellies, pickles and relishes which may also be available for tasting upon request.

She also substitute teaches at local area schools.

Evelyn grew up in Vermont. The B&B is on the farm where her family has lived since the town was founded in the late 1700's.

We have lived on both coasts as well as several years in Costa Rica,. We look forward to meeting you and hearing about your travels.
