Location is good, 24/7 open shop and subway station is really close.
Bathroom could be much cleaner, and the flat is a bit crowded with bunk beds.
The room was clean and big enough for 3 persons.
Toshihiro was a nice host, and answered to emails/messages quiclky.
the room is cosy. very near to the subway station n 7e shop. its located at the center of osaka city..only took about 10-15min to great osaka city area like osaka castle, dotonbori n all^^,..great!
We stopped at Toshi's place for a night and it was a great stay - comfy room, super-convenient location, and friendly host. A great spot.
I've only met Toshi a few times (he is busy working) his place is cozy. At night you meet a lot of people from many countries~ location was really central and good.
While the price was very reasonable, I would only recommend this for a backpacker or other college age man who isn't too particular about the conditions they are staying in. Dirty toothbrushes lay around the bathroom, sheets looked questionable, shoes totally covered the entrance hall literally tripping me a few times. There are people who apparently live there permanently in home built bunk bed cubicles and the picture you see if not the room you will get. The location is good, and I personally didn't think it was so bad, but my wife and daughter wanted to leave as soon as we got there.

Umm I don‘t know how I should introduce myself... Maybe you can read the references ^^;
I love to meet people of different nationalities, cultures and places. I feel that it helps me grow.
I`ve just finished a long trip around North and South America.
I had many great experiences during my travels.
I met some great friends who helped me out a lot.
I couldn`t even speak much Spanish, but my friends helped me a lot in finding work, and I worked 5 kinds of jobs in South America.
I met many great people while traveling.
Now I`m back in Japan and I`m trying to make sharehouses around Osaka.
With my project I`d love to see more people who are friendly and interested in cultural exchange! I belive I can help the travelers very well with my travel experiences.
I hope you have a great time in Japan!!
