I had a terrific, welcoming and friendly time at Genevieve's apt. As a host Genevieve gets a top rating. She wants your stay to be comfortable and successful and she succeeded with me - always helpful, open, and warm. I highly recommend a stay.
The bedroom and apt. was spotlessly clean. I enjoyed the easy use of the kitchen for cooking and a plus, sharing food and moments with Genevieve.
I liked the neighborhood which is trending up and has one of the finest coffee/bakeries (Ahuma) in Montreal. Nearby also are good, relatively inexpensive and tasteful restaurants for breakfast or dinner. The subway on the Greenline, Juliette is a short walk, and takes you downtown. I was attending the Montreal World Film Festival and it was convenient and perfect for my needs. Had a great stay!
Genevieve is a great host, super friendly while respecting privacy. She speaks fluent French and English, is easy-going and always willing to help, whether it’s to show you around the neighborhood, or recommend shops or places to visit. She even cooked me a delicious dinner twice during my two-weeks stay.
The apartment is in a quiet street with free car parking. The room is OK; furniture is basic but functional. Sharing the bathroom and kitchen went easily. The apartment has a single central airco unit, so you need to leave your room door open for optimal effect. Wifi worked well on my pc.
I had the most wonderful experience. I came to Montreal to finish a Master in Education at the UQAM.Gen has an amazing, genuine friendly and personality, on top of being professional . We becomes friends. Her apartment is located in a nice community oriented neighborhood. It takes you exactly 10 minutes, walking distance, from the moment you left the house to the Pie IX metro station. Her apartment is walking distance to all the restaurants and Pubs of the rue Ontario. I defensively recommend it. I gave a note of 100/100.
The room and the rest of the apartment was very clean and new. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. I felt like visiting a good friend. I liked the neighborhood it is located. Shops, nice cafes, great botanical garden are nearby. The rest of Montreal could be easily accessed through subway. Subway station is just 5 min walk from the apartment.
Merci!!
Gen was a great host, very accommodating when arranging a time to meet for 'check in', always smiling and very sociable. She was also very forgiving of my early rise times.
Her condo is exactly as is described on the website, new, clean and very well maintained.
I would stay again for sure during future visits to Montreal and would recommend Gen and her condo for anyone else looking for a nice place to stay in Montreal at a great price.

We can also share great discussions if you please as I am curious of just about everything! I will be happy to provide advices or guidance for you to make the most of your stay. :)
