This private front unit of the main house has its own entrance, perfect for solo travelers or couples.

The main house has a 1 bed/1 bath up front with another 1 bed/1bath directly behind this unit, and a TINY house in back of the main house. Rent one, two, or all three.

Living room/kitchen area is an open space. Kitchen has all the inventory you need to cook full meals! Rangetop/Oven, Microwave, Fridge/freezer. The living room has a SmartTV and brand new furnishings for your comfort.

Bedroom - Queen memory foam mattress, large wardrobe, and en-suite full bathroom. Door leading to shared laundry space. This space separates the front/back unit.

There is a SHARED laundry space that has a stackable washer/dryer.

PARKING: the two spaces behind the house are for UnitB, and the tiny home. NOT for this unit. Your parking is either on the street or Frazier Park lot (during day)

Other things to note
For this space, you can park on the street. There is typically a spot right in front of the house if available. Street parking is allowed but please adhere to any signage. There is free parking in the Frazier Park parking lot during the day, but overnight is prohibited. NO Street Parking on GAME days!

The neighborhood is old mixed with new. Cute historic bungalow homes with brand new townhomes sprinkled in!!! Street parking is available, but the streets are narrow. Please GO SLOW!!!! The house is steps away from Frazier Park where part of Charlotte's Irwin Creek Greenway runs through. The park has peaceful settings, creek side trails, a playground for kids, and a dog park. You can also find basketball and tennis courts, as well as soccer and football fields
