It is a secure property where you can relax quietly to the sounds of cicadas while meditating on the surrounding nature, monkeys, butterflies and beautiful birds.
This property has a beautiful 3-bedroom infinity pool villa with a view overlooking the nature reserve and a separate 1-bedroom suite.

The space
The villa faces the ocean and the nature reserve, which you can enjoy from the infinity pool and terrace.
The "cozy" cabin suite is made of local wood and has a bedroom with shower room, a living room with kitchenette, all air-conditioned. It offers the experience of a hanging net to relax and a small private pool overlooking the nature reserve.

Featuring 4 comfortable bedrooms in total with 4 private bathrooms with AC, a large American kitchen opening onto a large living room, this property is fully equipped so that you can enjoy your vacation in peace. A covered terrace with blinds has been added.

Villa Casa Búho is located inside a closed property with 3 houses. Each of them has a separate entrance and enough to park inside the property.

Access to the property is via two paths.

The first is a road that has just been completely redone and is easy to access (paved road accessible with any type of vehicle). It provides access to Santa Teresa South in 8 minutes.
Secure access with guard.

The second is in the jungle (4x4) and gives access to Santa Teresa North (Eat Street) in 7 minutes. 24/7 secure access

This gated property has 3 houses, each with private parking and individual entrance
