The space

I built this property in my home town in Sanur BALI on 2012, all the construction was completed at the end of December 2012. I set up a homestay, I named it D'joemah Nadja.

D'joemah Nadja consists of 12 rooms, built with beautiful minimalist balinese architecture. Truly one of a kind.

Clean rooms and reasonable pricing, those are my focus.

I completed this property with swimming pool, bar, small garden, and bbq spot (open air) for our guests small gathering.
I set all rooms with fully air conditioning, hot and cold water, and hey, wohoo you get to enjoy our free breakfast :))

I prepare this all so all you my guests can feel comfortable and homey on your vacation.

My property is very near to bali beach sanur, from the property to the beach is only no longer than 7 minutes walk, and from the airport is around 20 minutes only.
my property is also surround with local food restaurant and mini market, and very easy to find public transportation or even taxy.

And for you surfer! it tooks 25minutes ride to KOMUNE RESORT AND BEACH CLUB from my place. KOMUNE BEACH is a new found surfer spot location in keramas beach bali.

Feel free to message me if you have any inquiries.

Interaction with guests

I return to Bali once a month, most of the time I spend in Jakarta because I work here. but do not worry you will be served by my friendly employees.

Getting around

I provide also parking space for motorcycle , and cars.

Many consider Sanur 'just right', as it lacks most of the hassles found to the west while maintaining a good mix of restaurants and bars that aren't all owned by resorts.

The beach, while thin, is protected by a reef and breakwaters, so families appreciate the limpid waves. Sanur has a good range of places to stay and it's well placed for day trips. Really, it doesn't deserve its local moniker, 'Snore.'

Sanur stretches for about 5km along an east-facing coastline, with the lush and green landscaped grounds of resorts fronting right on to the sandy beach. West of the beachfront hotels is the busy main drag, Jl Danau Tamblingan, with hotel entrances and oodles of tourist shops, restaurants and cafes.

What shall I write for our Bali Airbnb review? The place was serene and well-maintained, and there were no disruptive noises. It is also really near to the beach. The common area is green and relaxing to chill at in the mornings. A very clean and cosy place. The staff are helpful and friendly, and breakfast was good. We enjoyed our stay here!

Narita's place was absolutely wonderful! A large group of friends stayed taking up eight of the rooms. Breakfast was delicious, especially when local dishes were prepares and once in awhile an additional treat appeared. The pool was small, but a good size for a small group. Her staff were very accommodating and her mother showed up and was very kind. The location was very convenient to the north Sanur and near the big road but down a small alley so you don't hear the traffic. I went on a six day motorbike trip and they let me keep my big bag in the office. Fantastic!

The accommodation was as described and suited our needs for a place to get a few hours sleep before heading off to Lembongon. The staff were polite and courteous.

We really like this place! We were 4 weeks in naritas homestay and it was beautiful. The staff Kadek, Pippin and Putu are lovely and always helpful. For the breakfast you can choose between rice and toast and there is also water, coffee and tea available. Our room with bathroom was simple furnished, but everything we needed was there. It also was clean and air-conditioned. We gave our laundry to the friendly Pippin and she brought it to a laundry and picked it up the next day. We had beautiful 4 weeks in this place and the beach is just a few minutes to walk. To the restaurants we had to walk about 15-20 minutes and if we needed a driver narita and her staff took care of it. We would definitely come back!

Perfect place for a relaxed stay in Bali! Beach just 500m away! It´s a more local beach almost no tourists there! Food close at the beach or KFC just accross the road. (for 10 Euro per person you can eat very well at the beach! KFC even cheaper!) Sanur Night market with 1€ food 20min walking time or 2min by Scooter! It´s clean and well looked after! In general Narita and her family isn´t livng here. They are ere just from time to time! But the very helpful staff is there 24h! On Christmas Day they invited us to join their family Christmas party with a lot of food and drinks for free! Very nice place will stay here again on my next visit! :)
