A perfect hotel alternative, this beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is on the ground floor of our 2 storey property. It is located in the hills of Mill Valley, just a 10 minute walk (2 minute drive) from downtown.
The house was meticulously renovated in 2011 and has a very relaxed, cosy and comfortable feel. It has a modern rustic vibe and offers all of the amenities and advantages of modern living whilst seamlessly fitting in to the natural beauty of the area.
The apartment features a private entrance and as well as a secluded garden area with amazing (Mt. Tam!) hillside views.

We only interact with our guests if they ask us about something. We give all guests the utmost privacy!
located in the hills of Mill Valley, just a few minutes (10-15 minutes) from downtown and very close to a vast array of trials for hiking, mountain biking etc. Mt. Tamalpais is just a 10 minute walk through sun drenched redwood lined streets.
Other Things to Note
Mobile phone reception is spotty at best but the WIFI is blazing fast! The apartment has it's own dedicated WIFI network.

Please be sure to make your reservation according to how many people will be actually staying in the apartment so that we can provide the necessary bed linens towels etc.
The fireplace is currently non operational due to Mill Valley/EPA restrictions
We live in a very quiet, residential neighborhood. With that in mind please be aware of noise levels whilst outside. Please do not play loud music etc outside after 9.00pm.
Please let us know if you will be having visitors during your stay.
Please don't hesitate to ask should you have any questions. We will not bother you during your stay so it's imperative that you call or text us should you need anything at all.
Please make sure that when you leave the barbecue area there are no burning embers left. Mill Valley gets very dry in the summer time and fire prevention is a high priority.
Sorry. We love dogs but have a no pet policy.
Please no smoking cigarettes inside the property.
Our home is not handicap accessible.
The Renter(s) shall not use the property for any unlawful purpose, nor violate any law or ordinance, nor commit any nuisance upon or about the property. The Renter(s) takes full responsibility for being careful when walking up and down stairs or paths and on the property and holds the Owner harmless for any slip, trip or fall injuries or accidents occurring on the property. Renter(s) shall leave property in same condition as found and not take anything from the property.
