Enjoy a comfortable stay at this centrally-located home. This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home was originally built in the 1900’s and renovated in 2022. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom! The home has a large kitchen & dining room. The backyard is spacious and fenced in with huge, beautiful oak trees and a swing! Walk to shops, coffee, dining and the movies! If you enjoy trains, this house will be a treat!

This home is so cozy! Each bedroom has its own bathroom so that traveling with family or coworkers can be more comfortable. The spacious backyard is perfect for children to play or a family gathering. Relax on the screened-jn back porch with some coffee and a book!
Note: the front of the house faces the railroad tracks which is a treat for some but may not be as desirable to others.

Downtown Springfield is a little Hallmark town! It is safe and delightful! The Springfield Police Department is located close by. Walk to Paddles Coffee in the morning, and over to Carlson and Co. for some shopping. If you love antique shopping, this town is for you! There are a couple of restaurants on Laurel Street such as Flaco‘s, Daisy’s, or Central Station. All are a treat! Walk by The Railyard building take a picture with the angel wings. The historic Mars Theatre hosts movies and other community events that you will be sure to enjoy. If you are in town for a wedding, Moncrief Square event venue is within walking distance. Another small event venue, 13 Stars is also within walking distance. Statesboro or Savannah is a 40 minute drive.
