This stunning San Francisco landmark sits in a vibrant neighborhood between the Castro and Mission. The home is bright and airy with high ceilings, skylights, and a brand-new kitchen with Sub-Zero fridge. Large dining room and the peaceful garden filled with bamboo, palms, and a tall redwood tree. With four bedrooms and a two-car garage, this beautiful house is a quiet getaway in the middle of a great area. It’s the perfect place to relax after exploring the nearby shops and cafes.

The space
This spacious three-story home offers plenty of room and beautiful natural light throughout. The top floor is a private master suite featuring a king-sized bed, a daybed, and its own full bathroom. On the main floor, the newly remodeled kitchen (finished this winter) is a highlight, featuring bright skylights and an open layout that flows directly into the dining room. This level also includes a formal living room, a second comfortable living area, a full bathroom, an extra half-bath, and two bedrooms: one with two twin beds plus a pull-out bed, and another with a full-size bed and a twin bed.

The lower level features a second master bedroom with a private bathroom and a relaxing Jacuzzi tub. Large sliding glass doors lead from this room straight out to the deck and a peaceful garden filled with palm and redwood trees. For extra convenience and fun, the two-car garage provides guest parking and includes both ping pong and foosball tables. You are also welcome to use the washer and dryer during your stay.

Guest access
You will have full access to the house, except for a few locked storage closets. We have left plenty of open closet space for your clothes and bags. You are welcome to use all the sheets and towels in the closets, and we’ve left extra towels just in case you need them. For entertainment, the TV is set up with Netflix and Amazon so you can stream movies on demand.

Other things to note
The home has a big two-car garage plus a spot in the driveway, so there is plenty of parking for three cars. Even though the street is busy and the area is lively on weekends, the house stays very quiet. Please remember: no smoking inside the house and no parties allowed.

The house is very centrally located in the heart of Eureka Valley. It’s an easy stroll to the Castro and to the Mission neighborhoods. It’s a great location, close to Dolores Park, restaurants, supermarkets and any type of public transportation. It's on a beautiful residential street.
