Villa Serenidad has Ocean and Jungle View, 5 bedrooms, (three of which are master suites and private bath) 2 terraces, one with hot tub and view.
First level is 4 bedrooms and a planted terrace with hammocks and sitting area. The large living/dining, kitchen area is on the third floor, as well as a Master bedroom. Enjoy a spacious planted terrace on this level (think hot tub) with a view that offers the sea, jungle, the sunrise and sunset over the Caribbean.
There is a pool in the private garden below (BBQ grill too) and the sea is only steps away where there is great snorkeling available right in front. The jungle behind is filled with birds, butterflies and iguanas and it is hard to imagine that you are only 15 minutes from downtown Cozumel , a major cruise ship destination zone and this is especially true at night!
Villa Serenidad is secretly tucked inside the quiet and peaceful Chankanaab National Park area on the old highway just south of town.

We had an excellent time at the villa. Location was great - down a small road from the beach so very little noise. Villa itself had everything we needed and fantastic communal living area where we spent most of out time. Spent extra on the maid service too and Adriana was brilliant and kept the villa in spotless condition. Great beds and bathrooms and lots of towels which are needed on a beach holiday. We did some diving at the nearby Presidente hotel and spent the rest of the day at their hotel beach. Overall a fantastic holiday. And Kelly was very helpful with all questions before and during the stay. Thanks!

Hello and Greetings from Cozumel Mexico!
I am Kelly, living and working on this beautiful island in the Caribbean Sea. We are Cozumel Rocks Concierge and Property Management Team rocking the island from all directions! I started this team with just an idea because I did not want to move off the island after my first year and 1/2 of managing a small hotel and now I am here for more than 12 years. When you visit, you too will be captivated by the blues of the sea, the clarity of the water, the kindness and gentleness of the people, maybe you will want to stay for more than 1 week and for certain you will be planning your return before your departure! I am an honest hard working person wanting to share with people this beautiful island and Mexico and offer an experience that's 'off the beaten track' and wanting the same in my travels. I have enjoyed traveling and appreciate the 'local's perspective of living' and love to share the same here for a 'richer' experience but not at a richer cost! Living in the moment, being a good, conscious person, caring for the environment, my family, friends, neighbors, guests, and to be able to enjoy life this way is in my opinion, is the best way.
