We had a really good stay at Rose's apartment. the bedroom is a bit small but quite cozy. The location is very convenient and just a short walk from the subway stops. Rose is a great host, she made our stay very comfortable plus entertained us with some good conversations too.
I was on a working visit to Brooklyn for two weeks and found the area near Rose's most convenient. There are several restaurants and supermarkets close by for the everyday life and there are several subways that connect to Manhattan, so whenever I had the opportunity I could visit the City. Rose was nice, the apartment was nice and everything went smoothly. I really enjoyed my stay.
I had a most pleasant stay in Rose's apartment. After a long and tiering trip, she made a tea and helped me a great deal with my things. She showed me around, and I sow on what a great location the flat is. I stayed only for a short while, bat I am sure next time I come to NYC will stay at Rose, a enjoy much longer at her great place.
My friend and me stayed for a week a Rose´s apartment. At first we had some trouble getting in touch with her to arrange the check in, but we solved it. As some reviews said, the bedroom that is shown in the pictures is not the one we stayed in (which was smaller), and the TV and computer are not there (just a detail for us, as we had our own computer and the wifi was available 24/7), but the apartment in general is lovely! Also, the place is near everything in blooklyn: subways, barclays center, downtown, grocery stores.
Rose was very nice and helpful, and we had a great time in NYC!
My wife and I had a very pleasant stay at Rose's apartment in Brooklyn. The bedroom itself is cozy, which is the norm for NYC apartments, but the living room and kitchen are spacious and comfortable. The apartment is located a block from Smith St and an easy walk from several subway stops. Rose provides you with a key, so once you link up with her to "check in", you can spend as much or as little time in as you want. Rose herself is very easy going. Solid A.
It was our 1st time experience Airbnb and it has been really great! Nice vintage apartment and really good location. Rose is really nice, an amazing person that help us a lot. She made us to feel like in our house and we had a great stay in NY. We recommend it and for sure next time we will repeat in Rose's apartment.
Rose and her place were great! Two of us stayed in the room down the hall and I slept on the couch in her very cool living room. It was comfortable; Rose was very helpful and nice; and being able to make eggs, toast, and coffee in the morning was a great touch to the experience. The location is also wonderful: it's close to good restaurants and coffee shops. Highly recommended!
I loved staying with Rose and would do it again. Nice little cozy room and perfect location near Subway stations, restaurants, stores and coffee shops. Loved also getting my own keys so I had to problem coming back late at night.
My boyfriend and I had great 3 days at Rose's. The first thing that needs to be said is that the room you're going to stay in is not shown on the pictures. Be prepared that it is very small but at the same time clean and comfortable. It has a queen size bed and a drawer. It's perfect if you're not going to spend a lot of time in the apartment as we did. Second, the room is located outside of the apartment so to go to the bathroom you will have to cross the corridor and open the main door with the key. Again for us it wasn't a problem as it gives you a lot of privacy. In general, the apartment is super stylish, designer and cool with all these vintage things. Rose is great at designing!)) What else...wifi is fast, towels provided. The location is super awesome, 5 min to A,C trains that will take you to the midtown for 15 min. A lot of restaurants, stores, supermarkets, walking distance to brooklyn bridge park (well, about 30 min but the neighbourhood is nice to walk through). Concluding all that, thank you Rose for letting us stay in your place. We had a great time!
The room is actually small but comfy and liveable, and the area is really good. Rose has been an amazing host!
