I would offer this original private bedroom,8 minutes walking by Naviglio and via Pestalozzi(street famous for lofts and photo studios).in a spacious apartment, with three single rooms,a kitchen,a big bathroom, and a spacious living room with vintage style, with a lot of chairs,a couch, two armchairs.
The house is really lightful cause there are two balconies and big windows in every rooms, and there are not other palaces in front of the house that hide the sunlight.
During the summer the house is really fresh!
The flat is in good taste fully furnished, in a nice house,in quiet street.
The room i rent is really spacious,,well furnished,with a big double bed ,an arm,a couch,a library,and a table,a printer,a tv(if your request).You gonna have sheets and towels.
There's a great balcony to in the room, with a good and characteristic view on a back garden, with typical houses of this old quarter of Milan.
In the house there is everything that's needed (electric iron, sheets, towels, dishes, hairdryer, dehumidifier, washing machine, etc.).
Right behind the house there's the stop of Bus number 47 (direction Porta Genova/Piazzale Cantore,or Romolo MM2,),or there's Tram number 2 just 12 minutes by walking.
Close to the house there are Big supermarket(Lidl,Sma,Esselunga),Restaurant,Pharmacy,Bar,Tabacchi..ecc
You can be in Via Pestalozzi in 6-7 minutes by walking(the street is really famous for old style of houses and to be full of Loft and open spaces where living models,photographer,designer..),and in via Lodovico Il moro(where you can admire Naviglio Grande, and the amazing San Cristoforo Church).

We did not have much contact with Davide because he was away and we did not get the room advertised (reasons unknown). We were greeted by his friend (who also lives in the house) and given a different room - it was neat and comfortable. The shared facilities was also very clean. The apartment is a 10 minute walk to the metro which takes you to the city centre and close to Navigli. The only downside was we couldn't get a strong wifi signal from the room and had to go to the living room for it.
This place is a little far from the center of Milan, which is where I spent most of my time, but the accommodations were/are worth it. Sadly, Davide was not there himself to check me in but irregardless, check in was still smooth. And I had a mix up with my train ticket and Davide was very accommodating in letting me book another night.
Apart from a slight mixup with arrival times, it was good experience staying at Davide's. It is a good distance from the city centre with great transport access and the neighbourhood is friendly enough. I would recommend this as a place to stay.
My stay in the room in Milan is very good, the balcony brings air to the room which is very nice, Davide is very polite and friendly. I stayed there for two weeks, the neighborhood is quite at night so to sleep is good. Will definitely stay here again in Milan.
everything went well ...
I immediately felt welcomed the moment I arrived though in shock since it was 5 people at once. They were cool and relaxed, Davide and I shared a lot in common and had a lot to talk about. He's cool and accommodating.
Will be back again.
we enjoyed very much to stay at davide flat, it was quiet and had every thing we need :)
Great hosts. The place is exactly like the pictures. Location is great. responsible, responsive, and very polite. I would recommend this place to any guests.
Great place. ok location. David was very communicative and prompt. good value for money.
Had a comfortable fun stay. The bed is super comfy. David had a helping hand throughout and his sense of humour was great. Met some of his lovely friends too. So it was a great experience.
(email hidden)ly chilled atmosphere and thats what you want when you are on a holiady and not some stuck up hotel. Loved it. Thanks Davide x
