You obviously have many services all around the area(three supermarkets, farmacy, many classic breakfast italian bars, restaurants and tabacchi).

You will probably meet others travellers or locals as me.

and don't be noise especially after 22,for the others guests and for the neighbours.
Obviously no party in the house(but for sure you can drink with the others guests)

28 years ago the universe decided to make me fall down in a small town of the south of Italy.
My job is trying as much as i can to be free, think free, and have a lot of free time to be free. When i have free time from the free time i host someone here and there, and i try to study a bit of psychology.Slowly.
I'm living my life between Milan and Berlin, and the rest of the world.
I think Airbnb is a great opportunity for a democratic way of travelling, where every traveller can be a host, and every host can be a guest, and money can stay between normal people and don't go to big companies(take care of renting houses of privates people).I started totally random and i ended up to give a bed to more than 1500 people in 3 years and half, and this has been my job and one of the most intense experience of my life.
I keep a giant quantity of good memories with the guests and housemate i met, having the unic opportunity to learn different mentalities, stories, cultures, all of this delivery just into my house :)
Somehow was like travelling all around the world..
Off course to be fair this system need a good regulamentation that should avoid the risk to increase capital of usual rich multi properties owners. The best about are the new Berlin's laws or the classic model of Casas Particulares in Cuba, which is actually older than the Airbnb idea. And give a limit about tourist houses is necessary to not penalize local people and to not make prices raising up for long period renting.
Renting out rooms here it has been what made me survived and continue my studies.
I try to have enough free time for myself,to travel as more as i can,to be able to enjoy the little pleasure of life.
I learned how important it is to live the present thanks to a great unic city called Berlin, and the best of german culture mixed in a Babylon city.A culture coming from a strange history and a lot of pain, who is receiving "society refugees" tryng to change somehow the common behave and the way of living with each others.
It's necessary to understand we are surronded by negative input that confuse us about what has really values. We are obsessed by our ego,and superficial beautyness and luxuries.
i think it's important for the world and our healthiness to become vegetarian,to open your eyes about the global supreme dictatorship of capitalism that we are living in and improve the potential of human altruism.
It's important to take coscience that every single choice we make,in our daily life, has consequences for every (URL HIDDEN) necessary to stop to live in the irresponsability and ignorance.
It's especially important we respect-and protect the nature,as we are part of it and she is our first and big Mother.
We are the first generation in the history of planet thinking so egoist and selfish destroying the planet not taking care of future generations, and this has to be stopped.
Racism,Maschilism, any kind of violence are out of evoluted intelligence. If we keep act this the way we will continue on being slaves and fight against each others.Meanwhile we are destroying our beautiful planet and we gonna be extinct soon :)So it s our duty to focus and be everyday more aware,to keep follow an ideal for the next step of evolution, and realizing a more peaceful cosmic pantheistic future.
