Unique features of the tiny house:
~Ceiling clearance in the kitchen is 6’ 2”.
~Climbing in and out of the loft bed on a narrow, steep ladder requires agility and balance. See the photos in this listing and consider whether you will be able to climb up and down from the loft without putting yourself in danger.
The Bungalow self-built by your host & is based on the Cypress design from the Tumbleweed Tiny House Company.
~Minimum stay: 4+ night minimum bookings for 2 months out+. If you're interested in 2 or 3 nights, message me to be put on a waiting list & I will message you if the night is available less than 2 months prior. Single nights available within one week of arrival.
~Pets: Dogs only, and they MUST be pre-approved by me. $10/night for pooches, due to the extra cleanup required.
~No smoking, candles or incense inside the house.
~Socks and slippers only inside the house, please.
~Pets: must be pre-approved and confirmed by host. The pet fee is $10/night. Absolutely no pets allowed in the loft or unattended (unless in a crate) inside the house.
~Maximum occupancy: 3 people. Rates listed are for 2 people. $10/night for an extra person which must be pre-approved by host. There is only 1 full-sized bed so you'll need to bring a sleeping mat & sleeping bag!
~Be kind: The house should be left in a reasonable state of tidiness with dishes washed.

I'm from Olympia, WA - born & raised. I love to travel, hike, build tiny houses & ski in the winter! Get me outdoors and I'm happy!
I built the Bayside Bungalow in 2008 and lived in it for 2 years. Since then, I have been renting it out to friends, family, & visitors so that they too can experience life in a tiny house. I love small, efficient living and am happy to be able to share my tiny house with others. I also teach tiny house design & building workshops with the Tumbleweed Tiny House company, and offer personalized consulting to visitors at the Bungalow upon request.
