An incredible location in an incredible place. The unit was spotless as we arrived and the arrival instructions were super helpful. Our hosts were very attentive and helpful recommending restaurants and beaches that weren't in the guidebooks. And that infinity pool! Just amazing.

David's place is amazing and the pool was perfect with an amazing view of the lush landscape. Wildlife was abundant including many beautiful birds and lizards. The hosts were both incredibly helpful and accommodating. It is an absolutly wonderful place to stay and I would highly recommend going to Biesanz Beach. This was a location they recommended and it was my favorite. Biesanz Beach was not crowded and had monkeys and sloths.

David was such a great host! He was always there for you and will be there to greet you when you arrive. The room is extremely cozy and nice, with a great view, and relaxing infinity pool. It was close enough to the city of Quepos and Manuel Antonio, so it was a great scenic drive through the hills if you wanted to go somewhere. Will definitely come back again soon!

This place really is a retreat in the jungle. One afternoon my husband and I saw 6 parrots, a dozen monkeys and a toucan while we were walking up the road. The hummingbirds are always flying to the feeder off the balcony and you can hear and see many other topical birds. One evening we also heard howler monkeys while sitting outside. The apartment is simple but comfortable and has everything you need. It is about a ten minute walk downhill to the bus stop where you can easily catch a bus to the beach, Manuel Antonio National Park or Quepos. We walked up the hill a few times in the evenings and there are parts that are very steep. If you are not in shape, you'll want to take a taxi or have a rental car. David is a kind and generous host! He allowed us to check in early and even picked us up in Quepos. We also checked out late and he arranged to keep our luggage for us and transport us to the airport. On another day he drove us to a beautiful beach. It is clear that David loves hosting and wants to make sure his guests have a lovely stay! Thank you for a great stay, David!

David was more than helpful. The room was clean and spacious. It's located in a very quiet area but also not a far drive from everything you want to do in Manuel Antonio. David booked tours for us and even had a birthday cake prepared for me on a boat tour we took on our birthday. He was always available before and during our stay to answer all of my questions I had. Next time we come back to MA we definitely will stay again. Pura Vida!

Living in Costa Rica since 2011, I'm from Normandy in France, I moved in south of France in Avignon in 2009 where I met my partner.
We were in vacation in 2011 in Costa Rica, we fell in love with the country.
We visited lot of houses and we found the place to stay. We rebuilt all to make a contemporary house.
We are two persons who love to travel, to meet people from other culture, also to make people feel really good in our place, it's our pleasure to make people have a good souvenir.
