Upscale resort-style double boat slip dock with huge 32x32 upper sun deck 20 ft up from water surface. The private apartment has a full kitchen, open living space, fireplace, patio and a gated deck with hot tub. Also features a large rock patio with fire-pit & access to sauna & fitness room on main level. Theatre room available upon request

The space
3 beds 2 baths. Master bedroom has a king-size bed and features a huge master bath with a large shower and jetted garden tub. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates flatware etc. Also features a commercial grade restaurant Bunn coffee maker as well a Keurig coffee maker, Blender, toaster and more. Built in large stainless steel Kitchen Aide patio grill. Patio and decks are enclosed with gates and are child and pet friendly.

Guest access
Guests have complete privacy on the lakeside terrace level with a full kitchen and den with fireplace. Shared common areas include the dock, the rock patio/fire pit, the gym.

Other things to note
Plenty of parking on the property. If you're trailering a boat we are less than a mile by road from Balus creek boat ramp very close by water. Plenty of room for Boat trailer on site as well.
