The apartment was in a great location, close to both Prince Edward and Mongkok East Station, making for easy access to the rest of the city. It is on a very busy street but only during the day. At night it quiets down significantly so no real disturbances to sleep.
The three bedrooms were of a decent size (relative to HK standards) but it is hard to fit luggages in the room and have walking space at the same time. The rest of the apartment was well-equipped, with working kitchen appliances and hot-water showering facilities.
My only negative comment is not in regards to the apartment but to the logistics. Firstly, Simens is always contactable by phone but you will never get to meet him as he works through a local lady. The first time we contacted the lady, she said she was too busy to arrange for our keys, fair enough, second time we called she didn't even bother picking up or calling us back despite us leaving our number. When we finally got inside the apartment (we only worked out that the keys was left with the friendly security doorman after we spoke with him in Cantonese), we find that the previous guest still had all their bags in the apartment. We didn't want an awkward encounter so went out and hoping they would have left by the time we came back. We came back later and they had left but had left the toilet in a very nasty state. We could've called the cleaning service via the lady that wouldn't have picked up the phone but decided it was easier cleaning it ourselves (and saving the cleaning fee).
So despite that inconvenience we did enjoy our stay in HK.
