The apartment can accommodate up to 4 pax with one double bed, one single bed and one sofa(3-seats sofa). We can provide extra bedding if there are 5 people for some apartments, not for others.Please confirm the number of people before reservation.
This hotel-style apartment is built right by Hung Hom Bay, just a step away from the Harbour. Address 12 Hung Lok Road.
A good place to enjoy the Pearl of Orient.

There is only USB Device for internet. No WIFI in the apartment. But you can use WIFI in the lobby.The device requires 1000hk$ deposit.
We have many apartments in this building. They are all in the same decoration. But we will classify them into apartment with seaview and apartment with no seaview clearly. They are private accommodations. Our staff will wait for you in front of the building. The reception is for the monthly rental service apartment, but for our accommodations.
The address is hung lok road, hung hum. You can take A21 at the airport and drop at the Hunghom and take a taxi. Show the taxi driver “海韻軒” and he will take you there. In the building, there is a reception in the lobby for the monthly rental apartment. Since our places are all private accommodations and they are daily rental. Therefore, the reception will not do any service for our guests. Don't worry. We have our staff to be there serving you as well. Please wait for our staff in the sofa area outside the lobby.
Please call when you arrive in Hong Kong. Please call again when you arrive the building. We will pick you up downstairs. A prepaid sim card from the convenient store is 98HKD, which can help you don’t lose yourselves and have a good beginning of your fantastic trip in Hong Kong!
Blankets, shampoo are well prepared. For health issue, please bring own towels.
Because of this listing and Airbnb, myself and friends were able to stay in Kowloon!
I had been searching for accommodation with normal hotels for weeks. Accommodating 3 people in Kowloon with a harbour view, is not easy. (Nor cheap!!!)
The apartment was PERFECT! Everyone was friendly and helpful. It had everything we needed, although we wanted nothing more than to stare at Hong Kong harbour! (The view was priceless).
Close to transport, and shopping! The apartment was modern, clean and well equipped for our 7 nights.
We will be back
Overall my stay at Simen's place was good but left me wanting a lot more. Here is what I enjoyed the most:
1. Super Reliable wifi connection in the apartment
2. Free Hotel Shuttle Bus to train station and Peninsula Hotel
3. Convenient Area to Shopping/Restaurants/Markets
4. Overall great spot to stay in Hong Kong
Here is what I did not enjoy about this apartment:
1. Simens has many apartments and the one displayed in the picture is not the one you will stay at. Despite specifically requesting this one I did not receive the apartment and had to settle for an inferior unit.
2. The apartment in the picture is the Harbourfront Horizon, the actual apartment we stayed in was the Harbourview Horizon. The former is much more spacious than what you see in the profile pictures.
3. The apartment was very dirty upon arrival and we had to spend a few hours cleaning the apartment.
4. Washing machine and stove both did not work properly
5. There were no towels, cooking utensils, or any other basic needs provided so you really had to go buy everything you need. It is not set up to stay like an hotel.
6. Meeting up to pick up the key was disorganized and we had several people come and knock on our door throughout the stay asking us to check out, when we still had many more days left on our vacation.
As stated in the decsription, all apartments in harbourview and harbourfront are in same size and almost same decoration. The angle for the seaview is different but it is still with a good seaview for all.
During Christmas, it is peak season for travelling. Very sorry for not able to clean it before 2pm.
For the facilities, the buidling commitee offer free repairing service. If anything stopped working during your stay, please notify us on time.
Towels are not provided for health issue. All cooking utensils are fully equipped such as pan, microwave and dinning tools. However, travellers should get food material by themselve.
For any strangers who knock at the door, you should let us konw to check if they came to the wrong unit. But I belive they did come to the wrong unit. I already complaint to the doorman in case anyone who did not tell a clear unit number to enter the building. thank you very much!
The location is great. The apartment has a great sea view, it is a good size for Hong Kong. The building itself is very clean. The apartment could have been cleaner. There was also no western amenities in the kitchen. No utensils, knives, cooking pots / pans. So if you are planning on really cooking and eating I recommend bringing or buying your own kitchen stuff. Also be ready to do a bit of cleaning.
Nice apartment at a convenient location. Had no trouble finding food and basic necessities as the supermarket, convenience stores and cafes/restaurants are 5 min walk away.
Getting around is made convenient by the taxi stand located at ground floor and the Hung Hom MTR nearby. :)
When we turned up one hour later than planned we were made to feel as though the housekeeper was waiting for us. Maybe while she was waiting she could have checked that the keys worked. We had to wait in the lobby for one hour while they had new keys delivered. The housekeeper, although friendly, spoke no English and this made things quite difficult.
Even if we ignore the 1 hour delay in getting in, the apartment the was quite disappointing. The photos on the site are very "creative" and the apartment is actually much smaller than shown. Although they advertise for 4 people there were insufficient glasses, cutlery and plates - which made it difficult to cater our own meals - which is the main point of going with whole houses/apartments.
Things like not having the telephone number (we eventually got it) which make it difficult to order pizza, and very unfriendly reception people downstairs made this a little more stressful than we're used to with our usual AirBnB bookings.
And finally, I don't think it's right to ask for a HK$1,000 cash deposit when you enter the apartment. What are we going to steal? The non-existant china ware and cutlery?
First, we apologized to Vince again. The housekeeper were there waiting for 1 hour, and she did not check if the key card working or not, which made Vince waited for another hour. We will make sure our housekeepers check everything before guests' arrival a day before to avoid things like this happen again.
And the photos are real. 750 square feet stated clearly on the listing. Don't expect it to be a house in Manila. For all glasses, cutlery, platers and the reception service, it was stated clearly on the direction that our places are private-owned, not belonged to the company who own the reception downstairs and doing the monthly rental business. To ask for help from us, we have at least three number on the direction and two of the contact person speaks English.
Last, for the HK$1000 cash, it is for the key card. If one key card lost, in spite of the security problem, we have to pay 1000HK$ to make a new one and usually we will provide at least 2.
Anyway, we admitted this was our fault to make Vince an unexpected experience. If we did not make Vince wait for 1 hour to fix the key card, things may go more smoothly. The first expression is always most important.
The Host Ms. Yau and her staff is very nice and helpful, me and my friends feel so comfortable to stay at the Apartment. The apartment is very clean and nice. Location is great it's close to MTR station. I really recommend this place and would love to stay there again for my next HK trip.
My Husband had a wonderful stay at the apartment! He said it was so much nicer than a hotel. Very convenient, supermarkets and restaurants nearby and use of the shuttle bus. The only thing he missed was a knife and fork!

Most of the properties belong to my relatives. The rest belong to me.
The service is not as good as hotel service. The place is not as spacious as a 300CNY hotel in China. All places are rented for long term before by Hong Kong locals. Yes. We ourselves live in same kind of condition.
We are offering a place in convenient location and with very local Hong Kong lift style. Of course, comparing to hotel, our places are at least 50% cheaper in same size.
