Minimum Rental Age: 25+ (Strictly enforced; adults under 25 must be accompanied by a parent). Breaking this rule will lead to cancellation and/or eviction.
Check-In/Check-Out: Check-In is 4:00 PM CST; Check-Out is 10:00 AM CST. No early check-ins or late check-outs (fees will be incurred).
No Parties or Events of any kind are allowed.
Pet Policy: Pets considered on a case-by-case basis (max 20 lbs weight limit). Must be pre-approved; a $250 per pet fee applies and will be added after booking.
Smoking: Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.
Construction Notice: Please note that there are other houses in the neighborhood that are under construction.
Parking: Private parking for up to 7 vehicles; No Boat Trailer Parking is permitted (per HOA regulations).

Please mention pet when reserving this unit. The fees will be applied to your reservation total after you are booked. Minimum rental age is 25 years old. Adults under 25 years of age must be accompanied by a parent. This House Rule overrides all information you may see on the ad of the property. Breaking this rule will lead to cancellation and/or eviction. Smoking is not allowed anywhere at the vacation rental property inside or outside of the home. Your check-in time is 4:00 PM CST.
