  • We are from France, we came last week at this appartment and it was great, really clean With à sweet decoration.
The only problem we met With my boyfriend was the location; it´s a bit far of the subway (about 20 minutes by foot), you CAN also catch the bus to Go to the subway who si at 10 meters of the appartment. The coolest thing is also that this bus is Going to JFK directly.
Except that the appartement was perfect and Julanna really Nice, you CAN contact her really easily at anytime.
    Enjoy

  • Great place and great, accommodating host. Everything was clean, safe and in working condition. It's a bit of a haul to the subway (though the weather was terrible; in spring/summer it probably wouldn't feel as long!), but there are plenty of buses nearby. I felt safe in the neighborhood, and there was a convenience store nearby + a short walk to restaurants/shops. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Brooklyn.

  • It's a basement apt, pictures are pretty true. It's in 2 min walk from the bus which can bring you to DeKalb (15 min drive) or 15 min walk to Kingston Throop or Kosciuszko. Julana was responding to all of our requests very fast, no complaints. The only thing I really didn't like about the apt - it was not clean at all. Even after we asked to clean it - there was still so much dust everywhere. So if you really care about the cleanness - do not look under the bed in this apt :)

  • Julana was a fantastic host! I arrived pretty late into NYC and she was nothing but accommodating.

The apartment itself is lovely. Spacious and clean -photos provided doesn't do it justice. The J or the A train is only a short distance away so very accessible which is great when you're on vacation and not driving.

Overall I highly recommend Julana as a landlord and also her property as a vacation rental. Great host and a great person!

    Thanks for everything, Julana.

    Thanks Julana :)

  • Very clean and nice apartment. The neighborhood is a little distant from the subway, but I enjoyed the walk.

  • Great fit for mine and my sisters needs. We spent three night here, its not too far from Manhattan or Williamsburg. Nice neighborhood close to the trains. A great place to hang your hat. Its a bit loud through the ceiling and from the street outside so maybe not the best fit for a light sleeper but it didn't bother us a bit. The host was very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely return.

  • We had a great time in the city. Nice apartments with all the necessary things. Very convenient location from the center of Manhattan. Express subway line 4 stops and you're in Manhattan. In the district there are shops, bars and places to take away.I highly recommend this option to stay. Julana has a wonderful hostess who is always there and ready to help.
