We welcome you to stay in a luxurious3-bedroom apartment by the sea front located in Piraeus, Athens. The apartment is within a three-minute walk from the metro station that takes you in 5 minutes at Piraeus Port (the main port of Athens to the islands) and in 15 minutes you can be at the Acropolis.
The house is by approximation 140 sq meters and it can accommodate 5 people (one double bed, two single beds and one armchair that becomes bed). The master bedroom has its own balcony and a fairly big restroom (WC with shower), At the other two bedrooms can sleep 3 persons (the one room for 2 persons and the other for one person) and they also have one desk each. Additionally there is one smaller restroom (WC with shower). The kitchen has all the facilities a family may need, there is a cooker, a fridge, a coffee maker, a toaster , a microwave cooker and of course all the kitchen utensils that makes it completely functional. In the living room our guests can relax by the fireplace while enjoying the sea view, or dine in the dining room which can seat six. The front balcony may be used also as a relaxing area during sunny days and you may enjoy the sunset.
My family and I live in the same block of flats on the sixth floor and we are all English speaking so if you face any difficulties we will be more than glad to help you out. You can also use an internet connection. In the kitchen you may find coffee, sugar, tea, organic honey and serial for your breakfast.
The neighbourhood is lively yet calm. Every Monday there is a street market with fresh vegetables, fruit and fish. Moreover, there is a grocery store near by as well as a butcher’s, a fish monger’s, a bakery, a gym, several cafes, a pizza restaurant, a hospital, and three hair salons and a dry cleaner’s.
The house is located near a bus, a metro and a tram station. In front of the house there is a bus station and taxi station. You can get to Piraeus within 5 minutes. Furthermore, if you walk less than five minutes you can get on the metro and take a 15 minute ride to get to Acropolis by getting off at Monastiraki station where you can visit the ancient Agora or shop in the numerous gift shops. Finally, by walking for three minutes you can hop on to the tram and enjoy a ride next to the sea or go to the center of Athens and visit the parliament or the new Acropolis museum.
The apartment offers a breath-taking view of the sea and it’s been newly renovated and it has been decorated with style in order to offer the most pleasant and enjoyable stay.
