The host provided a very complete and accurate description of the property and of the amenities. There were very clear labels and directions on all parts of the house. The house and surrounding area was exactly as described. The location is great for wine tasting as there are wineries within walking distance and a very short drive. A++!

We really enjoyed staying in Kimberly's house while exploring Oregon's wine country. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. We especially loved having dinner on the outside patio with the grape vines and sunset as the backdrop. Four Graces vineyard is a very short walk away and has excellent Pinot Noir. Kimberley supplied us with a few wine tasting discount coupons which were helpful too! The house was very clean with comfortable beds. Dundee is a very cute town with tons of wineries. We ate lunch a few times at the Red Hills Market which is walking distance to the house as well. They have a nice outdoor patio with bocce ball. We also recommend checking out the sake distillery in Forest Grove about 30 minutes away. The only downside was that we spent 2 days travelling to other parts of Oregon, specifically Mt. Hood and the Columbia River Gorge and the road to get there has some serious traffic, however, I think that there is construction going on to help with this traffic problem. Also, this has nothing to do with the house, just a note for others who may be looking to do some day trips like we did. (Neither of the places we went were further away than 2 hours though, even with the traffic)

Kimberly was lovely to interact with. The house is a great space. As pictured and the proximity to the vineyard is awesome.

This was our first experience with Airbnb and it couldn't have been better. Kimberly made us feel very welcome in her lovely and comfortable home. It lived up to our expectations and more. The perfect place for our family to stay. And what a spectacular view!

Response from Kimberly:
So glad our home worked well for your Dundee visit! We loved meeting your family. And Jennifer, the Doig collection is all Rob -- the latest book is always on his wish list. He'll be pleased that another Doig fan shared our home.

Lovely house as described in equally lovely and quiet neighborhood. We took long walks every morning through Four Graces Vineyard, neighboring hiking trail and local streets. Kimberly was great and patient with us when our cell GPS lost it's signal and we needed a little guidance on our arrival. Thank you for letting us stay in your house.

My husband, parents and I could not have enjoyed our experience more. The house is immaculate, beautiful, spacious, and yet felt completely comfortable -- as if I were in my own home. Loved the enormous master bedroom (with a fabulous king-size bed with a foam topper) and bath (with double shower). Having a vineyard essentially in their backyard was a special treat. (I didn't realize we would be allowed to walk through the vineyard!) The hosts provided directions for a lovely 2.5-mile walk (partially through the vineyard), which was just beautiful. Hope we are lucky enough to stay here again during our next trip to the Willamette Valley.

Kim and Rob's house was the peaceful retreat we needed during a weekend filled with hectic family events. The house was centrally located for us to travel among Portland, Salem, and Canby. When we arrived, their home was very welcoming -- clean, organized, and stocked with everything we needed! The bedrooms are cozy, and the backyard overlooks a picturesque vineyard. We highly recommend Kim and Rob's house to all future guests.

In the days before children, Rob & I enjoyed hiking, exploring, and travel. Now that we don't see the world quite as much, we're glad for Airbnb to bring the world to us. Our visits around Europe, Scandinavia, and parts of Africa add to our eagerness to meet those who live there now, while we also enjoy our guests from different parts of the US -- whether they come with the southern accent reminiscent of my childhood, or from just up the street in Portland.

With a 3-year-old and a newborn in the house, we're now taking Airbnb a month at a time, determining whether or not to open our calendar to guests...largely determined by whether the children are sleeping -- or not -- at night. If the calendar says we're available, then we're relatively certain you will have an enjoyable stay in our home.

We love sharing the peace and beauty of vineyard living. We have the great good fortune of overlooking the Four Graces vineyard in Dundee, and the town and surrounding area offer excellent diversions of wine tasting, dining, hiking, shopping, and sight-seeing.

If you're staying in Portland before or after your stop here, I may be able to direct you to other excellent Airbnb hosts in the city -- depending upon the size of your party. And if you have more people than will fit into our home for your stay, ask me about other options nearby in Dundee and Newberg. Other Airbnb hosts are not far away, so you may be able to split your group between our home and another.
