Self managed unit in the Executive Centre Hotel (mountain view suite category with full kitchen, bedroom, living room & W/D in the unit). I don't have hotel services like the front desk or daily housekeeping but my rates are about half the price.

RATE IS FOR 2PX ONLY, ADD'L PERSON IS $10/NT. This is to cover additional electric usage & laundry. If there are more than 2 px, the W/D in the unit is too small to do multiple loads in time for the next check-in so the housekeeper takes it downstairs to the coin laundry. So, this fee applies even to infants or children.
The Executive Centre Hotel is located in downtown Honolulu's vibrant business district, which is also rich in arts & entertainment venues. You can walk to historical Iolani Palace & see the statue of King Kamehameha, or stroll through the streets of Chinatown. Aloha Tower Marketplace is only 5 min walk away and you can also get to Ala Moana Beach & Shopping Center very quickly either by bus or driving. Waikiki is about 10 min by car.
My unit is on the 32nd floor, with some nice mountain & city light views. There are floor to ceiling windows & central A/C but please be advised that WINDOWS DO NOT OPEN. THERE ARE ONLY SMALL AIR VENTS AT THE BOTTOM THAT CAN OPEN. SO IF YOU DO NOT LIKE A/C THIS ISN'T A GOOD UNIT FOR YOU.
There is a full kitchen, with a stove/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, hot water kettle, rice cooker, other appliances & cookware.
Bathroom has a jacuzzi tub. Bath towels & wash cloths provided.
W/D in the unit is stocked with laundry detergent. There is central A/C & free WIFI. Living room has a twin sofabed & flat screen TV.
Beach towels & beach chairs provided
It's a 1BR suite category in the hotel (650 sq ft), which normally runs around $250/nt so it's a good deal.
THIS IS NOT A LUXURY UNIT, it's a place where my brother & I bought to use whenever we come back to visit our parents. So, it's not fancy but it's clean, comfortable and furnished for living.
FOR GUESTS WHO PARK IN THE HOTEL STRUCTURE, YOU HAVE TO TAKE TWO ELEVATORS TO GET TO THE UNIT, TRANSFERRING EITHER IN THE LOBBY OR ON THE 3RD FLOOR. From the lobby it's just one elevator.
There is an outdoor pool, hot tub & sunning deck. Plus, a restaurant in the lobby & Longs Drugs store right outside. Also a 7-11, Ross, and numerous cafes, coffe shops, restaurants, bars & art galleries in the downtown area.
This hotel is not in Waikiki, it's in the downtown business district near Chinatown & the Iolani Palace, King Kamehameha statue, etc.
Other Things to Note
PARKING: You can call the Executive Centre Hotel for their parking rates, as it varies whether you get reserved or unreserved and whether it's weekday or weekend/night time rates.
I offera discounted rate of $12/day for a reserved stall but it has to be ordered at least 24 hrs in advance.
No smoking or footwear in the unit.
Quiet hours from 10pm - 8am.
Last washer use is 8pm & last dryer use is 9pm.
Please do not run any appliances (W/D, stove/oven) if you are not present in the unit. Do not start it and leave it unattended.

Naoise's an Irish guy who likes traveling & the great outdoors too, but also has a love for art, music, movies, social media and fashion.
Our baby Nainoa was recently born in Oct 2012 and loves meeting new people! He goes to the beach everyday, loves going hiking & spends a lot of time outdoors.
Kea is a Japanese Spitz who just likes running around off the leash somewhere outside and eating really good food! She loves people too!
We all love taking guests to our favorite spots on the island whenever time permits. Or invite them out for a hibachi (BBQ).
Together, when we have the time, we have fun taking guests to our favorite spots on Maui or enjoy having them over for a hibachi (BBQ)!
