The hostess was very kind and the place was huge, easy to access, and clean. I definitely recommend this place and will stay later again.
My boyfriend and I decided on a last-minute getaway and luckily Lisa was able to accommodate us. There was a slight confusion with our reservation process and so the receipt amount at the time of our confirmation was different than the actual amount we had to pay. But Lisa was accessible via phone and took the time to clarify the charges.
The unit itself is as advertised in the photos. It is a good, comfortable sized place. It's in the financial district, but close enough to Waikiki. There were a few minor things. The furniture and appliances were a bit worn and dated and the A/C unit was dripping onto the carpet. The bathroom tub was also not cleaned very well.
But overall it was a good stay. The best part was having Lisa and her mother Charlene as hosts. They were friendly and accommodating. Lisa was quick to answer our questions via email and phone. Charlene gave us a thorough tour of the unit and made sure we knew about the events occurring during our stay. It's easy to find lodging, but seeing that your hosts care about your stay makes a difference!
I enjoyed my stay in this apartment. Everything was exactly as advertised. It was the perfect place from which to conduct my business while in Honolulu. Lisa and her mother, who manages the property, are very friendly an accommodating hosts.
Was actually a larger space than the pictures suggested. Very nice large windows, great for sunrise to get you going in the morning. Clean and just what we were hoping for. I recommend.
Great place to stay.
This was perfect for my long weekend in HNL. After full days of action, I really appreciated the quietness and night-time city views at the condo. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.
awesome location, clean rooms and amenities, just within a stone's throw from chinatown for great food / bar experience, and convenient parking garage!
The Executive Centre is very conveniently located. Hawaiians' favorite store, Long's, is an escaltor ride away. The Chinatown markets are a short walk down the street and of course, so are all the little Asian restaurants. If Asian isn't your thing, there are all kinds of other cuisines to choose from, including Lebanese, Cuban, French, and Italian. At night, the choices get fancier and naturally, pricier.
There were a few things that bothered me about Lisa's apartment.
First, it's on a very high floor, so the wind howling at times gets a little unnerving, but maybe I'm just not used to living high up. There were also two very wobbly chairs in the living room and a scrunched-up carpet that refused to straighten out. Finally, there was a lot of dust on the books and behind furniture.
Except for the above, I'd recommend this apartment because of the reasonble price and the wonderful location. You can't get this kind of experience in Waikiki.
