Aiming at providing a pleasant, relaxed, safe and comfortable stay for all guests.

It's a semi detached house, walking distance to acacia mall, kisementi, UWA offices ),one of two in a compound.
An open living room with a fully equipped kitchen, power back up, Unlimited Internet, office room, A bedroom with a Super king bed, bathroom with hot water heater and a small Library.

The space
The house space is clean, accommodates 2 persons and has all the necessities for a relaxed, comfortable stay.
Open for business stays, long stays, Romantic get away, interns from various NGO's on assignment, tourists and more.

It's fully furnished with a living room, cable TV (Go TV), power back up, open kitchen, a working office, JBL speaker, private bathroom, shower with hot water and high speed unlimited fiber Internet.

The bedroom is furnished with a Super King sized bed, side table, reading lamp, mosquito net, beddings, dressing mirror, closet, towels, a fan and a wooden bedroom door that has a lock.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, fridge, micro wave, electrical kettle, Sandwich maker,waffles maker, utensils , cutlery, blender, rice cooker, french press (coffee maker) for the guests to fix themselves breakfast and a decent meal during there stay.
Complementary blended coffee from one of Uganda's best coffee houses, sugar, salt, tea and drinking water.

House opens to a concrete compound with parking area, day and night guards and enclosed in a high perimeter wall fence.

All the house windows and doors are burglar proof with lots of fresh air in and natural light, However guests are encouraged to take additional precaution towards their safety and that of their property.

The house has night time guard.

The house accommodations a maximum number of 2 persons. Host doesn’t live on the premises but lives close by and available for any assistance.

Fiber Unlimited Internet is provided.

Getting Around:
The house is 200 meters from the police station, walk able distance to acacia mall, kisementi, has very good Transport links in and out of the City Center. Public transportation like boda's, Uber, taxi can all be accessible.
Please note that there are two road to the house, one is Tarmac via Safari Homes and the other is Marram via Days For Girls NGO.

I can recommend a driver and car if you need to rent one during your stay.

Airport transfers can be arranged which is payable directly to the driver. This is advisable especially for late night arrivals.

The property is a house in Kampala on Mawanda Road, 200 meters from a police station, 550 metres to the Acacia mall (19mins walk using google maps), Kisementi, shops, cinéma, caffeterias, Uganda museum, Uganda Wild Life Authority Offices, British High Commission, British Council and restaurants. 20-25 minutes walk to Mulago Hospital, Makerere University, 9-11 mins drive with very good transport links in and out of the City Centre square, to Gaddafi Mosque, and to the National Theatre .
A variety of restaurants,markets, banks, ATMs, clinics, Health clubs are all within a short walking distance.

Mawanda Road is a surburb in Kampala thé Capital City of Uganda. Residents are mainly a middle class residential neighborhood with growing commercial outlets. The area is in a safe neighborhood with friendly people.
