I LOVED staying here. It's advertised as a room in their home, but feels more like your own private studio apartment. Bonus: it's a nice quiet neighborhood that's adjacent to EVERYTHING. I bought a transit pass, but ended up not needing it. A great experience from start to finish.
My sister and I had a wonderful time! Ing-Marie was very welcoming, she even remembered that I mentioned I love coffee shops and wrote down several recommendations for me. The room had everything we needed. The private bathroom was a bonus! We will definitely stay with her again!
I had a very pleasant stay. Ing-Marie sent me a very detailed instruction on how to get to her place, and she kindly gave me some tips about the area once I arrived (including a wonderful walk along the water - only a 10-minute walk!). The location is amazing with very good transport links, though I went to a lot of places by foot. It was also really nice to have the breakfast included.
Ing-Marie responded to my e-mails very quickly and provided me with precise directions to her apartment. Robert greeted me when I arrived and showed me a number of important locations on the map. He was very friendly and it was pleasure to meet him. The room was lovely and the location was a dream. The bus and subway stations were literally right around the corner. The continental breakfast was definitely a perk, and I appreciated the privacy of the separate entrance and bathroom. I would highly recommend staying here!
A very good location within easy walking distance to many good resturants and transit. Ing-Marie was very friendly and helpful helping us find our bearings in Stockholm.
Prior to our arrival Ing-Marie was prompt and very helpful in all her responses to my questions. Her instructions were very detailed and easy to follow. We arrived at Ing-Marie's and Robert's apartment with no trouble. Robert received us warmly and also provided great advice on what to see, do and eat in the neighborhood. The room was perfect for us and we enjoyed the lovely breakfast foods they provided. The location is amazing and so convenient. Thank you for the wonderful stay!
70+ but still working almost full time with our Hobby web-shop brommahobby that carries lots of modelcars for collectors, plastic models and slot-car products.
Apart from that I am a mother of two sons and grandmother of a lovely girl aged 10 and and a boy aged 7.
I speak fluent English, fair Spanish, and a few words of French and German. My husband speaks fair Estonian. In my earlier years I worked and lived in Greece, Italy and Spain. During many years I accompanied my husband and lived in Tanzania, Pakistan and Peru. I still like travelling and try to get away on trips to interesting and beautiful places when time and funds allow. On the picture you see me on a cruise-ship outside the coastline of Puerto Rico when I was on a cruise with my husband Robert in the Caribbean.
