Welcome to the Seagrass Cottage! Accommodating up to 5 people, this charming cottage is part of a beachfront condo complex. However, this unit is uniquely situated in a free-standing building behind the main structure.

The space
Leave your shoes behind and walk to the beach. The home is cozy and well-equipped for your coastal stay with 2 bedrooms, cathedral ceilings, a large bath, an eat-in kitchen, a deck with seating, a grill, beach gear, and assigned parking. Stroll down the beach and enjoy the views, or head to the boardwalk (a short distance away) for a variety of dining options and outdoor activities.

MAIN FLOOR

Everything you need during your stay is situated in one main living area. The living room includes large sofa plus two chairs and a flatscreen tv. Off of the living room is the full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a dining table.

Note: Please note that this condo does not offer ocean views. While it's conveniently located just one building away from the beach, you won't have a direct view of the ocean from the windows. The beach, however, is easily accessible within a short walk.

- Maximum 3 small cars (or 2 big ones) in tandem parking space

Violation of these rules will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund for any unused nights. Additionally, you will be held financially responsible for any necessary repairs.
