Location! Location! Location! 2 blocks to the water, Casa Tom the Tree Man is all about location! A comfortable 2 bedroom home with lots of extras. Easy house to NOT need a car, set walking distance between the 2 supermarkets. Carnival can be heard during it's time, as the casita is in the heart of the start of it all! Also great location for any IRONMAN participants. Internet included.
There were four of us here for a week and it was the perfect place to stay!! Kelly welcomed us and was always available if we needed anything. The house is cute and clean and they provided us with enough water for the week. Short walking distance to the beach, grocery stores, and downtown restaurants and bars! Couldn't have picked a better place to stay! Thank you :)
Kelly was incredibly warm, greeting us with hugs, snacks, and delicious orange water. She gave us a rundown of the property and surrounding area, including restaurant recommendations and directions to nearby amenities. She also left a binder full of info, maps, and flyers for local businesses; this was helpful for our group of first-time visitors to the island!
The location was just a couple of blocks from two large grocery stores, and a reasonable walk or bike ride to the ferry terminal. The area was quiet and felt safe, and we enjoyed relaxing alongside local families at Quintana Roo Park. We could easily flag down taxis at the nearby waterfront for rides to nice beach clubs and archeological sites.
Everything worked well for us at the home. The wifi was reliable, we had plenty of drinking water, and it was nice to have washer and dryer access. Beds were comfortable, linens and towels were plentiful, and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans and appliances. The back patio was a nice space for relaxing.
Our family of four was thrilled with our experience at this home and in Cozumel, and we'd recommend both highly!
My fiancé and I stayed at the Tom the Treeman House and it was wonderful!
The location was PERFECT for competitors and spectators of the Ironman competition and very convenient to get downtown to rent cars/scooters, dive shops and get local cuisine. The bikes at the house are a huge benefit.
The actual condo was great with plenty of bottled water and wifi (bonus beers in the fridge!). Refrigerator and kitchen were also a big benefit. Though we got rain and did not get to use the outside area, it is a great space to eat breakfast or enjoy warm nighttime air. Comfortable, very spacious and convenient.
For the price, this place well exceeded our expectations! We went diving, competed in the Ironman competition, drove scooters and had a wonderful time!
The only downside were the slight musty smell upon arrival (which cleared up after opening the doors) and the dogs barking from next door.
Kelly was very welcoming upon arrival giving us all that we needed to get settled. After getting into the condo and putting our stuff down, Kelly drove us to a local spot for some late night eats. Great service! She helped us out with recommendations on car rental options and snorkeling trips (both worked out great!).

Hello and Greetings from Cozumel Mexico!
I am Kelly, living and working on this beautiful island in the Caribbean Sea. We are Cozumel Rocks Concierge and Property Management Team rocking the island from all directions! I started this team with just an idea because I did not want to move off the island after my first year and 1/2 of managing a small hotel and now I am here for more than 12 years. When you visit you too will be captivated by the blues of the sea, the clarity of the water, the kindness and gentleness of the people, maybe you will want to stay for more than 1 week and for certain you will be planning your return before your departure! I don't yet have the experience of hosting with AirBnB nor have I been hosted, but I have been in the industry a while and feel fortunate to know of the great program for renting that AirBnB is providing. I am an honest hard working person wanting to share with people this beautiful island and Mexico and offer an experience that's 'off the beaten track' and wanting the same in my travels. I have enjoyed traveling and appreciate the 'local's perspective of living' and love to share the same here for a 'richer' experience but not at a richer cost! Living in the moment, being a good, conscious person, caring for the environment, my family, friends, neighbors, guests, and to be able to enjoy life this way is in my opinion, is the best way. One Love.
