  • I stayed at Roy's place twice. Roy is very nice guy. I also met Roy's mother. She is very nice as well. My room was clean and warm. Nice and safe area. Walking distance to bus stop, shops and Regency Hotel where I work. Was nice to stay there.

  • Staying with Roy was awesome ! He was super nice and gave me lots of ideas of what to do around. I highly recommend his place :-)

  • Roy and Trish are wonderfully welcoming and accomodating hosts. Our experience in Dublin for just 3 nights would not have been the same if it wasn't for the genuine warmth they offered. The room was fit for two and found to be nice, clean and quiet. The location was great for us because we could take a 15 minute bus ride to the city centre by day and wind down with a pint at the quiet hostel by night. We recommend one of Dublin's oldest pubs nearby Roy and Trish called "The Gravediggas" probably the most enjoyed evening for us as it offers an authentic irish atmosphere. Roy and Trish - thank you both for your consideration and kindness you exemplify Irish hospitality!!
Cheers, we hope to see you guys again one day when we return with our kids (none of which have been born yet... lol!!). Your Canadian friends, Patrick and Christine Power

  • Dublin is a wonderful city to visit and Dublin Inclusive 1 Private Hostel is situated very conveniently. The area is a safe quiet neighborhood with restaurants, pubs, and shopping nearby. The walk to the city center is about 20 minutes, but frequent buses make it very easy to get there. The hostel itself is very quiet and clean. Trish was very friendly and helpful with suggestions of things that I could do while in
Dublin. I enjoyed talking with her and hearing some of her stories. I recommend this place.

  • For me the hostel was in a very convenient place before my study abroad week at All Hallows College located nearby. The rooms were great and it has many of amenities of extended stay hotels you see in America (fridge, sink, microwave). Roy and Trish gave me a warm welcome and was always eager to provide me directions and recommendations of places to see around the city. My only suggestion, and while it didn't affect my comfort, the ensuite bathroom I stayed in could use a shower curtain to prevent the floor from getting wet. All in all it was a very pleasant experience. If I ever go to Dublin again with a friend or companion, I'll definitely stay here again.

  • Perfect place to stay, it's a short walk into the center, an even shorter bus drive and Trish is awesome! Super friendly and super clean and very quiet at night for a good rest.

  • Roy and Patricia are two wonderful people. They are very nice and helpful. They could tell us where to go and where we could get a nice meal.

The house is well located, a little walk to the shops en the bus stop. Many busses are going to the centre, very easy. Buy a one day (website hidden) for the bus, it's a lot cheaper if you travel a lot by bus!

Although, the room wasn't really what we expected. It was a bit old fashioned, not very neat, and smaller than we thought it should be.

  • Patricia and Roy have a really nice hostel, not far (about 20 minutes on foot and 10 minutes with the bus) from the city center. Close to bus stop. There is the kitchen, the shower is always hot and heater always on.
The hostel is situated in a quiet and safe area, very close to supermarkets and other useful shops.
They are friendly and honest and they take care of their guests.
I had a good experience there!

  • We would really recommend Roy as a host! We were able to come and go whenever we wanted and the room was very clean and nice! When we arrived, Roy was very friendly and picked us up, so we had no problem to find the hostel. Thank you very much for this!

  • I had a great time staying here. The hostel is in a pretty good location -- away from the noise of the city center, but a nice 15 minute walk from a lot of the attractions and things to do in Dublin. The rooms are nice and spacious, and there's also a fridge, microwave, and kitchen that are all very well kept. It's also very well connected with a few bus routes that can take you directly to the airport or city center, and the hosts are very nice.

I would recommend this to anyone who wants to see Dublin.
