Your 125 square meter (approx. 1350 square feet) penthouse features complete privacy and luxurious comfort on 2 floors, including air conditioning, an American-style hotel bed and a single bed in the Master Bedroom, an additional queen-double bed and a single bed in the Guest Bedroom, designer kitchen, bathrooms and toilets as well as lots of dimmable spot lights and natural light throughout. You can enjoy warm days and nights on your 10 square meter (approx. 110 square feet) large wooden terrace overlooking a quiet inner courtyard.
From the entrance hall on the first floor the doors lead to the Guest Bedroom, the designer bathroom with a rain shower, sufficient towels and a hair dryer and the guest toilet. The entrance hall features an antique work desk in case you are here for business.
The Guest Bedroom with its queen-size double bed and one single bed sleeps a maximum of 3 persons and also has its own sitting area. Elegantly hidden in the wardrobe is the washing machine, an electric iron and ironing board, as well as a foldable baby crib which we will put up for you if needed.
The stairs in the entrance hall will take you up to a middle floor, from where you take the stairs down to the Master Bedroom with its interior designed ensuite bathroom. Your Master Bedroom usually sleeps 2 but can be extended to 3 via the extra single bed. Your Master Bedroom features a queen-sized American-style box-spring hotel-bed to give you that special 5-star hotel feeling, one sofa, a single bed, and an antique traditional Austrian wardrobe and drawer. Give yourself a treat in the double bathtub or the grand rain shower of the ensuite master bath, which is also equipped with a hair dryer and sufficient towels.
Walking back up via the middle floor you pass by the balcony door to the wooden terrace.
Here on the second floor is your designer kitchen with all designer appliances necessary for a perfect meal, including an induction cooktop, stove, microwave and a dishwasher as well as a Nescafe coffee machine, electric kettle and a toaster next to all necessary fine dinnerware. The custom-made dining table can seat a maximum of six. The foldable baby highchair is hidden away.
Your living room with its giant roof windows giving you lots of natural light features a large 55-inch plasma flat-screen TV (around 50 channels including US, French and Italian next to the Austrian and German channels), a DVD player and a collection of multi-language DVDs. The Bose stereo system can be connected to all generations of iPods and iPhones and also serves as a charger for these. You can connect any other music device via AUX-cable.
There is, of course, a high-speed WiFi internet connection in all rooms.
Your apartment is on the 4th and 5th floor of the building, with the entrance located on the 4th floor, reachable via the elevator.
Parking is available on the street, you just need to find an empty spot, which is often directly in front of the house, or a maximum of one or two streets away. Please note, however, that the city of Vienna is charging for parking on the streets on weekdays. There is also a public garage in about 350 meters distance, open 24 hours a day.
Immediately after booking you will receive our guest handbook which explains everything you need to know, from local emergency telephone numbers to operating the TV and local recommendations for Restaurants and Shops, as well as travel details to/from the airport, the train station or via car and also how street parking works.

The whole apartment belongs to you. Your apartment works with an electronic keypad for easy check-In and during your entire stay. That way you also never have to worry about taking the keys with you when you are going out. You will receive your individual door code one week prior to your arrival both via email and SMS.
Your penthouse is perfectly situated on a quiet road just steps from the district´s main street (Wiedner Hauptstrasse) with an unrivalled and second to none infrastructure in a sought after and safe neighborhood. The tram station (Johann-Strauss-Gasse) taking you directly to the Opera House is just a few steps away. Walking to the Opera House (city center) without local knowledge could not be easier, as you just follow the main street for about 15 minutes.

- Lots of bars and restaurants of all kinds are within walking distance and I will let you know which ones are best for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
- The famous Naschmarkt is 10 minutes by foot.

Getting around could not be easier. Here are the exact distances to the most important transport locations during your stay:
- Tram Station (Lines 1, 62 and WLB - taking you directly to the Opera House in 5 minutes; trains leaving every 2-3 minutes): 60 meters (110 ft.)
- Bus Station (Line 13A, taking you directly to Central Station in 10 minutes): 40 meters (130 ft.)
- Bus Station (Line 13A, taking you directly to Mariahilfer Strasse in 10 minutes, the city´s second main shopping street besides Kaertner Strasse): 125 meters (410 ft.)
- Public garage (open 24 hours): 350 meters (1150 ft.)
Street parking is available. Please note, however, that the city of Vienna charges for street parking on weekdays. Our guest handbook will tell you how street parking works and also where the closest public garage is located.

The whole penthouse belongs to you, so please live by your own rules, but only if those rules include the main rule of not taking and breaking things intentionally ;-)

In consideration of other guests, smoking is only allowed on the terrace where you can also find an ashtray. We´re cleaning the ashtray after your visit, so please don´t use the plants ;-)
From Oct 30 - 31, 2016 the minimum stay is 1 night.
this is me and my 2 year old son Albert sitting on the stairs of our apartment in Vienna, which we are now renting out via AirBnB. My wife and I lived here for 5 years, but as our family is growing we moved to another apartment about 5 minutes from this one. My office is also just around the corner, so if you need anything or if something does not quite work the way you want it to work, we are always reachable to help or to fix it for you.
Additionally, we are renting out our Chalet in Kitzbühel, Tyrol, in the Austrian alps.
