Minutes from downtown and uptown, centrally located in the bustling neighborhood of Whittier. One block from the MPLS College of Art and Design, MPLS Institute of Arts and the Children's Theatre Company. One block to 'Eat Street' - music venues, coffee shops, diverse restaurants.

The space
Guests have complete, secure, private use of the room which includes a kitchen area and a private bathroom. Guests do not have to walk through anyone else’s personal living space to access their room.

Room is located on the 1st floor of a 135 year old triplex. Charming and efficiently designed with recessed dimmable lighting through out, walk-in closet with a multi compartmented armoire, space saving pocket doors, bamboo hardwood floors, kitchen amenities, free washer and dryer and a walk-in shower with overhead skylight. TV with Apple TV and free Netflix, fast reliable Wifi and free off street parking included.
